We did not love our rental, but it had more to do with the property being bland and dingy than any bad experience. The halls smelled bad and were poorly lit and the overall feel of the place was pretty run down. We never used any of the amenities because it was unclear how we would access them, and our actual condo was outdated and blah.

Only drawback was pool was way over chlorine and couldn’t bring any refreshment inside indoor pool area but outside pool was nice and spent time on saco so wasnt huge deal condo was great

The king bed was very comfortable, the room had ample space but not large, had every kitchen amenity available including waffle iron and toaster. The bathroom was clean. Things that could have been improved upon: amenities were all very small/ out dated: sinks and faucets were tiny, stove was very old and tiny (not all of the electric burners worked), but overall was thankful that it had the things that it did and we appreciated the place. We spent little time there; just mornings and before bed.

A nice quiet room with great water pressure and very comfortable bed. Location to attractions is excellent. Not luxurious by any stretch, but a good location for hiking, skiing or other events. We think the couch is a pull-out, but it's really a room built for 2, especially if you have hiking or skiing gear.

Really enjoyed our stay at the "Lodge". The unit was well-kept and had everything we needed. Great location, close to mountains for hiking, other natural attractions and restaurants. Nice area to visit!

My goal for the week was to explore as many scenic areas as I could in 5 days. The location of my condo was perfect! Close to dining, downtown and many popular tourist attractions but out of the way enough for peace and quiet. Loved it!

Property is clean and offers things to do while in the hotel. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and game room. There is a laundry room too - but, who wants to do that while on vacation! Property has a path leading down to the river for a beautiful view or just to put your feet in.

Great place for a stay and skiing at Loon Mtn. Centrally located, so close to everything. Everything was great the pool, the stay even the parking was no problem at all. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free stay. Room was very clean and comfy.

We stayed in unit c213, it was very nice and clean. It had queen bed and queen sofa bed plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed having small kitchen. Loved being able to swim and use hot tub there is a a small arcade. Pool table with juke box in room,.the lounge area with fireplace was so cozy, and balcony looking to Mt was nice

Great place to stay, our unit was very clean, and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved being able to swim and use the hot tub. Condo is so close to everything and that was so convenient. My only complaints would be whoever had unit above was very loud about 6 am so that wasnt fun. Also it would have been nice if more jets in hot tub was working

Nice and comfortable place with beautiful views in a great Area home was exactly what I needed use the pool and spa river behind the property makes an amazing place to walk sit and listen to running water close to everything you need and more thank you for an great experience

My husband and I and our two children stayed here. This condo was very cozy with a big bathroom, full closet, large tv and balcony. It sleeps 4, however when the couch is pulled out to a bed there is little room left to move around. Nice pool and game room.
Local to many stores and attractions. Would stay here again.

Space was good, only issue was trying to figure out how the TV worked.. I would suggest putting directions regarding what is offered - cable

Everything was great, place was clean, no masking plug-ins, well stocked with bedding, toilet supplies and kitchen equipment. There was a great TV system that was difficult to operate as older people, didn’t get much local news and programs. An instruction sheet would have helped. I’m sure we missed something. Overall great place would rent again!

It was easy to get to. Easy to check in. Wonderful staff that gave us the instructions we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Awesome place to swim right behind the building. Will be staying there again!

Loon weekend
The check in process wasn't very clear. The water wasn't on when we got there but they did respond very quickly to help us turn it on, only wasted about 45 minutes of our day. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the building itself was very nice with a nice pool and sauna. Would say information ahead of time could be better for an easier check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again, but did feel it was a little overpriced.
