My family and I had an extended stay here during our transition from CA to FL for a military move. The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking needs, and we loved playing in the backyard with our three boys. The screened-in lanai was a wonderful feature too. We had the unexpected fun of seeing fireworks for a few minutes for several nights while we were there as well, as Busch Gardens is literally down the street. Also, as we were here near Christmas-time, the street a block away from the house goes all out on Christmas lights, so that was a lot of fun to drive through as well. Most of all, Kathie, the host, was extremely quick to respond to any concern or need we had—we felt very well taken care of. This truly felt like our first home in FL and we’re so grateful for the memories we made there.

This property was asthetically pleasing and down the street from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. We are visiting from Georgia and the home fit my family of 6 comfortably. The host was very responsive. The home was clean and updated.

We came in late Saturday night after a day at Seaworld. We attended Busch Gardens on Sunday. Kathie's home is the perfect spot to access Busch Gardens in a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of food choices nearby as well as Doordash and other delivery options. I highly recommend this home for your Busch Gardens vacation!

Property was a 10/10 it accommodated my friends and I and we enjoyed the property really well.

The outside of the house seems very ordinary with some attention to detail in the landscaping but it doesnt do the inside justice. The decor and furniture were very nice and modern. I loved the updated appliances and how the beds were made up as if i was in a resort. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed for our stay. The beds were lower to the ground then i would like but they were comfortable. The digital thermostat was nice but it did fluctuate temperatures on its own throughout the day. The patio and backyard was nice as well. My only complaint is with the driveway and entrance to the home. I am 81 years old and walk with a cane. The driveway is all rocks and stepping stones and there is an oversized step to step up into the house. This made me a little nervous about tripping but I made it through. The entrance is not handicapped friendly but the home itself is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was fully updated on the inside with a large back yard. Very well equipped. Although we didn't go to Busch Gardens, it was less than 5 minutes away. We can do this house again.

This house was so charming and in a quaint, and very quiet neighborhood. Myself and my coworkers were in Tampa for two weeks while working and this house had everything we needed with very comfortable beds and a TV in every bedroom was a huge bonus.

The ITrip team did a great job of communicating and keeping in touch with us. They resolved any issues that we may have had very promptly. We would highly recommend using them as either an owner or a renter.

We couldn't have been more happy with the house that we stayed at while visiting Tampa. It appeared to be newly renovated and the lay-out was excellent. It was very clean, included all of the needed amenities and the pre-trip communications with the property manager Kathie were excellent. I have not stayed at very many properties in the past but if they are all as good as this one, I'm ready to take another vacation. The house was located in an older neighborhood but there were no issues at all during our trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property and working with this management team when considering a trip to Tampa, Florida..

This is a good property for a small family, clean and stocked with all vacation essentials. We did have some trouble with hot water supply after 1-2 people taking a shower, but when reported, the hosts responded appropriately to have it checked after our stay. The hosts were very responsive and available. The property sits near a neighborhood that had a tremendous holiday display- which was a plus. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The check-in is a bit later than usual at 4pm and checkout a bit earlier around 10 am- but the hosts accommodated our request to check out at 10:30am. All in all a good experience.

We rented this property because it had 5 separate beds and I had a work team of 5 people that each needed a separate bed. This place was awesome and extremely clean & comfortable and really gave the team a great place to rest and relax following Hurricane Ian recovery work. The landlords are extremely responsive even during an after hours situation. I will definitely look at this property and any others that are owned by the same group.

The house was very tastefully updated and incredibly clean. There was proper amounts of kitchen items and laundry supplies. The beds were firm but adequate and there was plenty of room for the six of us. Communication was on time and directions were clear.

We stayed for a graduation at USF. The location is fantastic. Close to campus, Busch Gardens and a short drive to downtown. We will stay again when in the area.
