We have been coming to the area for 20+ years and this is BY FAR the best place we have rented. Everything was excellent! The home was decorated very nice and had a very welcoming feel to it.

Assumed it was due to the holiday, but why call it the emergency 24/7 number? Once we reached them they were very fast in getting someone there and did fix it fast. For the most part the kitchen is stocked with basics however, I suggest at least adding a cutting board if anything to protect the counters when cutting. Also, it would be nice to have a cookie sheet. Overall the house was beautiful and the location is perfect! The house is spacious and the pool is a perfect size. They had beach chairs, cooler, floats, and other toys for the pool. The bathroom and shower outside next to the pool were a nice perk too. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Anything you needed to enjoy the house, pool, and even the beach were provided. We were surprised to see a high chair, floats that were inflated, and beach chairs/umbrellas (which needed replacing) were provided. There were plenty of bath towels too. The rooms were all spacious. I would highly recommend this house.

The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negatives I have to say about this property was getting into the house was trouble but contacted the manager and we were about to get in. Didn’t like that fact that there was a whole bunch of trash in the trash bins (4 total) that were over flowing with trash and we were the ones who had to take them out. Didn’t like all the pet hair everywhere. Was told that this was a pet free house but didn’t seem that way. For a person that doesn’t have pets that was the only downfall for me. But don’t get me wrong the house is amazing!!! It does take a very long time for the water to get warm in the master so we ended up just using the other bathroom. Master bed was very uncomfortable luckily there was another king bed to sleep in.

Period. Its all about taking care of the property owner and to **** with the renter. The property should be called "Endless Screams" While the pictures show a serene backyard, know that your backyard is really a schoolyard of hundred of toddlers screaming all day long from 8am to 6pm. Its not just recess. Its constant. They don't show that in there advertising. Lots of things wrong with the inside when we arrived. Poisonous toad in laundry room. Dryer that did not work right. (was replaced after a week). The refrigerator was noisy. They did try to fix it but did not and told me to get over it and accept it as it was. Ripped blinds never fixed. Carpets in the bedrooms were filthy. They did clean one and said they would be back to do the other which they never did. Night side bedstands did not even fit in the rooms without having to turn sideways. Dirty comforter with blood on them which we washed. Biggest problem is that Marcus the owner could not care less. Never again Floirda Dreams. Should be called Florida Nightmare.

Property located in decent neighborhood. Close to all amenities. Elementary school directly behind so kids outside 5x/day and very loud . House was fairly well equipped . Good vacation overall

One of the bedrooms kept having tv and internet issues for the duration of the stay and the staff did little to nothing to fix the situation. When we moved the ottoman, there were children toys under there as if it werent cleaned. (Dont get me wrong, I believe they cleaned, and they staged the home to be very welcoming). The neighborhood, the proximity to local restaurants, beach and the nature perserve outweighed the negatives. Overall 4/5 and would definitely rent again.

Even between the couch cushions! We travel every weekend for soccer and stay in a different houses and hotels each time. This was the first house rental we have ever stayed in where all of us felt “safe” and comfortable. Seriously! The pool area is beautiful. All of the furniture is kept up. Not a speck of mold or rot anywhere! There were six adults and three teenage girls. We were all very comfortable. Plenty of couch space and bed space. Normally with that many people, the bigger rentals don’t have enough seating for gathering or tv watching, better yet a kitchen table. But this house did! We cooked all of our meals in-house. The kitchen was 98% equipped and suited us just fine. Things can walk from kitchen cabinets and you expect that. Other than a cookie sheet and a cutting board, we couldn’t have asked for anything else in the kitchen. The only comment I would make to future renters is to bring towels. We definitely did not have enough bath towels or pool/beach towels for 9 people. The neighborhood that the home is in is very nice. All of the homes are kept up and lawns are manicured. It’s the kind of neighborhood where if you forget to lock your car door, it’s ok. Again, beautiful, clean home! We will definitely rent again!

Very easy access and quality management company. No surprises, very clean and like new. Well decorated, 5 or more new flatscreens, heated pool, open floor plan, garage and lsundry room. Nothing but pleasant surprises from booking through exit :-(

We needed a place to stay close to Anna Maria Island and IMG Academy. This was the central point and easy access to both! Listing as described. We did not cook or grill out but the kitchen looked stocked. As the noted in the reviews, you will need paper goods, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish and soap, but plenty of coffee filters. We would stay again. In fact, we tried to rent over Thanksgiving, but it’s booked.
