Great place to stay

Full kitchen made the multi-day stay easy after a quick shop at the nearby grocery store. Super clean, great shower, pool was uncrowded and nice. Staff was helpful by registering our two local grandsons so they could swim in the pool. Great air conditioning also. Fresh, modern, and very clean. Expensive, but this is peak season in Newport RI.

Perfect in every way!

My husband, pup, and I stayed at our cottage for three nights and it was the perfect space for a long weekend getaway. The location is very convenient to Newport and right next to Newport Winery. Already hoping to come back in the future!

In downstairs bathroom to find painter staring in window while scraping paint. Then painters had tarp over entrance while we were trying to pack car (train not to paint unit with car in driveway). Charged 25 dollars for a home made laminated, printed parking pass that we forgot to put back in unit! ( just use a throw away paper pass!!?… duh!) We sent parking pass back to office via mail, see if we actually get reimbursed.

The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up.

Nice place. Not far from anything Newport. We enjoyed the property. It was quiete ,clean and comfortable.

My wife and I loved the facilities and would stay there again.

The cottage made for a perfect 2 day getaway! Location was conveniently close to just about everything Newport has to offer. The 1 bedroom cottage was absolutely lovely! It's new, clean, light and airy. Loved everything about this place! We'll be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick get away. Great location. Into Newport for the days and walked to dinners at the Newport Vineyards next door. Cottage is very clean, comfy and cute. We recommend staying here and will return.

Cottage was amazing. It was literally right down the road from Newport Winery and 15 minutes from downtown Newport. It was spotless and very quiet. So nice to be able to bring our dog too.

Convenient location, pretty surroundings, positive vibes, all conveniences of home, and dog friendly. Property owners were helpful and understanding before and after the stay.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet! Pool was a perfect afternoon break break from our adventures. Enjoyed the vineyard next door; minutes to cliff walk, downtown Newport, supermarkets, etc! Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Will visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean, bright and very nice to stay in. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to make our meals with ease - much more than most vacation kitchens. The only things I missed having were a baking/roasting dish and a covered dish to store leftovers. Otherwise, we made all our meals with ease. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice & clean. The grounds were very nice and it was fun to say hi to the dogs who were staying there when we were out for walks. All the owners picked up after their dogs so we enjoyed nice walks on the grounds. My 10 year old enjoyed the pool and we had a wonderful family stay.
