Our group had 6 people and this villa was perfect! We loved the full covered porch on the back side of the property overlooking the lush greenery, mountains and gorgeous pool (a bit chilly but refreshing!). We enjoyed dinners on the long tables inside and outside. We loved the flexibility of the floorplan which allowed for privacy, especially the upstairs terrace which had incredible 270° views of the mountains. We had a memorable stay and hope to return!

My husband and I were getting married in Mallorca and needed a villa to stay with our wedding party for pre/post wedding celebrations & relaxing. This is the PERFECT villa for a small group. There was 12 of us + a toddler and it couldn’t have worked better. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful, the bbq area & courtyard is gorgeous. We had multiple BBQs, family dinners and an evening of drinks with our extended family and friends. Ricardo was great at allowing us to host a small gathering the night before the wedding and the entire process was very easy, excellently communicated throughout our stay and check in/out was great. We couldn’t have wished for a more special, perfect location to celebrate our wedding week. Thank you!!

We spent a brilliant week in Sa Coma. The villa was beautiful and even better in real life than the photos. The views over the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range are stunning. The pool is clean and a great size for our 2 families. There was more than enough space inside and out for the 9 of us, in fact we didn’t even make use of all the outdoor areas. The villa is in a quiet residential area but feels secluded and not overlooked at all. It’s about a 15 minute drive from the mountain villages of Valldemossa and Sóller and about 20 minutes from Palma and surrounding beaches. Ricardo was friendly, helpful and always responded immediately to any questions we had. We would highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Mallorca and look forward to our next stay.

The House Looks way better in real life than on the photos. The pool is big and you got a very nice Terrace with a very nice view. The only bad thing is that the bus from the finka to Palma always Costs 4.5€, so a car is convenient. Still the House was extremely nice and the host is a very nice person.

We chose this villa for a special birthday celebration week with friends and family and it didn’t disappoint. Perfect villa in a perfect location for travelling around, including bus stop right outside to get into Palma, and only 25 mins from the airport. Villa was well equipped for twelve people with plenty eating and seating areas, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We got a lot of use out of the swimming pool, but the water was a bit too cold for me! The Manager, Humi, was fantastic and she was there to meet us on arrival and departure and was available to answer any queries throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa and hope to return in the future.

We had a great week in Sa Coma. The house was clean, the garden was beautiful and the pool refreshing (and also very clean). The kitchen was well equipped. The late check-in and early check-out was no problem at all. Although there is a busstop in front of the house, I would recommed to rent a car.

We cannot fault this house. It has everything you need for a fantastic holiday for 12 people . Humi was wonderful from check in to check out and solved any problems very quickly .We can highly recommend the bus to Palma as the stop is just outside the house and takes about 40 minutes .This is a beautiful villa with glorious views of the surrounding mountains we hope to return to this little bit of paradise one day .

We were positively surprised by the house, which looks even better in reality than on the photos. Very nice surroundings, great atmosphere. Recommended for big groups.

As a sailing team of 10-14 people, we were renting varius fincas in Mallorca over the last 6 years. This was by far the best finca we ever had. The equipment in the kitchen was as good as all the details in the garden. Thanks a lot for this awesome stay and we will definitely come back !

Schöner als auf den Bildern im Netz

Super für große Familien aber auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Zentrale gelegen, von da aus kann man die halbe Insel gut erkunden. Nur 13 km von Palma und 20 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Hausverwalterin ist super nett und kümmert sich sofort um alles. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und der Pool ist sauber und richtig groß. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir haben ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit einem großen, gepflegten Garten und einem sauberen Pool vorgefunden. 3 Möglichkeiten mit 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Babys an einem Tisch zu sitzen. 6 Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten. Allerdings hatten die Betten in unserem Raum im OG eine Fußlade, das war bei der Körpergröße meines Mannes etwas knapp

Wir haben in dieser Villa einen sehr schönen 2wöchigen Großfamilienurlaub mit 13 Personen über 3 Generationen im August 2018 erlebt. Viele schattige Terassenplätzchen lassen für jeden einen Rückzugsort finden. Wenn es etwas zu reparieren gab wurde das vom Eigentümer sofort erledigt. Akzeptieren muss man allerdings, dass sich nicht mehr alle Innenräume schliessen lassen, da die Türen altersbedingt ziemlich verzogen sind. Auch morgendliches Hundegebell aus den umliegenden Anwesen darf einen nicht allzusehr stören. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt, um die ganze Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden und wer den Anblick von Bergen liebt fühlt sich hier wohler als im Östlichen Teil der Insel. Der Pool ist in der heißen Jahreszeit sehr angenehm erfrischend und wurde von allen gerne genutzt, auch der Tischtennisraum mit kindersicherer Dartscheibe war zur Abwechslung ein toller Spielort. Schön war´s!

Wir haben 14 sehr schöne Tage in dieser Finca verbracht. Humi war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und es ist jede Menge Platz vorhanden. Die Finca ist wie beschrieben und wir würden Sie jederzeit weiter empfehlen! Sogar den sehr netten Eigentümer durfen wir kennenlernen!

My wife, sister, children and grandchildren all had a fabulous week's holiday at S'Alzarinet. The accommodation is ideally suited to a large family and the domestic facilities are excellent. We made full use of the wonderful swimming pool and the table-tennis along with alfresco dining in the courtyard from the barbecue and wood-fired oven. The extensive garden is a haven for local flora, butterflies and birds, including a family of Flycatchers that danced in the branches overhanging the pool.

I had been recommended the villa and expected it to be good but when we arrived and were shown around by Humi I realised it was so much better than I expected or hoped. It must have been a home as there are delightful touches everywhere, certainly not a normal bland house. Every bedroom is unique and as we had people arriving over several days the bedrooms were chosen by choice, but I have to say the standard is so high that the last bedroom taken was just as good as the first. The only worry we had prior to arriving was that having a two year old with us, that there could be dangers but both sets of stairs had gates and similarly the swimming pool. The courtyard and barbeque area are delightful, it is very well equipped and many an early morning or evening was spent here. Over the property there are so many places to eat and relax, all with different views. Our favourite was watching the sunset from a delightful sofa. The grounds are extensive, well maintained with shrubs and mature trees that offer excellent shade and with their own little tables and chairs to while away your time. The swimming pool area is very attractive with lots of sun beds, more tables and chairs. Surrounded by trees does mean that there are areas in the shade over the day, (this of course moves) This natural shade is most helpful if you want a spell out of the sunshine, as we all did at times! The kitchen is of a good size with really everything you need and well fitted with worktops and cupboards plus a pantry. There is a huge lounge that we spent some enjoyable late evening’s playing cards. The air conditioning in all the rooms worked very well and is reasonably quiet. Humi prior to the holiday and during always replies very quickly and is most helpful We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks and were very sad to leave.

Das Haus bietet jede Menge Platz, tolle Terassen und einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Allerdings ist das 4. Bad kaum wert als solches bezeichnet zu werden. Es liegt im muffeligen Keller und ist sehr klein.

Hummi was a great host, and the villa is in a great location, the view is amazing. only problem we had was the temperature of the pool, it was freezing, adults can put up with it, but we had two babies who couldn't use the pool, there is just too much shade so the sun can't heat up the water.

Just returned after a beautiful stay in this villa. We were 9 adults and 4 children in the house and still we felt we had a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house with surroundings was very clean and well maintained. Nice and quiet area, just a few minutes away by car to supermarkets, bakery and a few restaurants. We highly recommend it and we hope to return back. / Jenny

Wow, a dream really came true! What a wonderful and amazing stay. When we checked in the house overwelmed us. It's even more beautiful then on the (already amazing) pictures. There are so many rooms, recreation rooms, dining rooms, bathrooms (almost every sleepingroom had one), patio's and a beautiful swimming pool. For our family, with a baby and 2 small children it was the most relaxing form of vacation. There was a babycot, a babyswing, a babychair, everything you need for a stay with a baby of small children. We slept really quietly, not even a sound in the night, the neighbours respect eachother and that's a very big plus for us. For relaxing it's a go! Every room, every detail was cleaned and shiny, our compliments to all the staff. Also the lady who checked us in, she was amazing. When we go back to Mallorca; we will definitely stay in this house again. I can recommend it a hundred times. Thanks again!!

It usually takes me weeks of research to find the elusive 'perfect holiday villa' but this was only the second house in our very first search and we booked it immediately because it appeared to tick all the boxes we were looking to tick; good location, great pool with evening sun, wifi, aircon, nice outside spaces, beautiful views and a clean, pleasant interior. It seemed it might be too good to be true but from the moment we arrived we knew it wasn't. The manager, Humi, made a great first impression; she could not have been more helpful or charming. Then the house itself was gorgeous. The interiors maybe not 100% to my personal tastes; the odd bowl of weird plastic fruit and lots and lots of Spanish style nick nacks etc. But it was immaculately clean and the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were modern and fresh. Incredibly well stocked with towels, glasses, plates, cutlery, bedding etc. And the layout was great; no rooms in annexes or off on separate levels. Just one staircase connecting the two floors and a smaller set of stairs down to a huge laundry room which was well stocked with detergent etc and had an ironing board all set up to use (not that we did of course!) But it was the exterior that made the house so idyllic. A gorgeous leafy terrace all around the living room, one side for dining (huge table), the other with beanbags and a sofa for chilling out and watching the sun set behind the stunning mountains. And then a central courtyard accessed by the front door and the kitchen with an outdoor cooking area, barbecue, paella pans and ring and another dining area. The pool area gets the sun all day and there are two other parts to the garden; a long shady lawn and beautiful a tree-covered paved area with hammocks and a baby swing and seesaw. It's a really sizable plot and not overlooked by anyone. You absolutely have to have a car. There's nothing within walking distance (and a caveat here; the listing makes the house looks quite isolated and countrysidey but it's actually a fairly modern house in a very residential area of quiet roads with big villas on big plots) but tons of great stuff within just 10-20 minutes drive. The only downsides were minor things; lots of the surrounding houses had dogs, big dogs and they barked a lot. Didn't bother us, but might bother you. Also the recycling system was fairly arduous and time consuming, but that's true for the whole area. Just the loveliest house. Would recommend 100%.

Great house ner Palma and Soller. Great for a larger family/group of friends, Very safe for kids. The house was clean and modern with a lovely garden. I can highy recomend this house.

I would like to state how amazingly happy we were with our 3 night stay at this villa. All communication regarding booking the property was very promptly answered. The actual villa is very elegant and well equipped and was immacuately clean when we arrived. We were greeted with an iced bottle of Cava, lots of smiles and helpful suggestions for our break and we can honestly say that we had no complaints during the whole stay.
