The location was central, very near the ferries and amazingly quiet. Rooms are spacious with very big beds. Separate lounge makes for a great area to get together with a view of the lake and activity.
Very high ceilings - the lounge ceiling is painted which is beautiful.
Nothing! For us with an infant a microwave would have been helpful - that’s about it.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’m afraid this place will be so booked, we will never get it again. The location was perfect. It was easy to get to from the ferry and located at the bottom of Bellagio so you didn’t have to climb a lot of stairs with heavy luggage. Two good cafes, several restaurants and a market were located steps away from this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment that was comfortable, cool and cozy. Appointed with a washing machine, hairdryers, an iron, ironing board, dishes and glassware. The views of the lake were spectacular. The owner was easy to reach through WhatsApp and even helped us get restaurant reservations in advance. Our family agreed this was our favorite place we stayed at in Italy and one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed at! Highly recommend this place!

Huge property in a great location - very central to bellagio old town and with a lovely view of the lake.
Even though central with the windows open it could quite noisy at night and in the morning. If you want to do self catering It was not really equipped for 6 (only two mugs, three wine glasses, etc). The second bathroom only had a bath not shower so we had to share one shower.

beautiful, large apartment with everything we needed including a washing machine! The location in town is perfect and views of the ferry and the waterfront from the large windows was incredible. we loved the private gated entrance and small garden.
no air conditioning but fans were provided.

The apartment was in an excellent location, and there weren’t too many steps for the older members of our party to climb. It was very specious and plenty of room for our 2yr to run about in.
