The apartment was comfortable, clean and simply decorated. Direct access to the complex pool and nice south facing aspect.

A great appartment which has everything you need for your stay in Lanzarote. Communication with the hosts was first class, they were quick to respond and very accommodating to any requests we had. The only downside was the location of the property, at the top of a couple of steep hills. During school holidays I imagine the pool would be very popular and as the property is located next to the pool it would be busy, but ideal if you have children to keep an eye on. Overall I would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great location, very clean, quiet and clean complex. Within walking distance of absolutely everything. Overall we had a lovely holiday & would highly recommend this property.

Good location, nice apartment, bit dated but good value, would stay again. Near pool, always got sun bed. Possibly more pillows on room beds.

There were a couple of niggles which became more annoying during the stay.
The TV is extremely temperamental, at times unable to use.
The kettle requires the on/off switch to be held manually whilst boiling. Not at all good when wanting a quick cup of tea and very time consuming.

A nicely presented property in a convenient location.
We have enjoyed a relaxing holiday here and would be happy to stay here again.
No problem with having a parking spot outside the property.

Nice comfortable apartment. Could do with aircon and mesh on the windows to stop cats getting in which happened to us a couple of times. Also a bigger fridge freezer would be beneficial. Quiet complex which suited us and we really enjoyed our stay. Beware very steep hill into complex but manageable.

if sat on your patio you are sprayed when people use the shower.
Fantastic location lots of surrounding restaurants and bars to choose from.This is our 3rd visit to La Cumbre. We will return again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Marcus's apartment, it was ideal for me as i needed somewhere with good wifi , as i was working while staying there, and as a female solo traveler I was looking for safe and quite and with the police station right next door it couldnt of been safer :), location was excellent right behind Biosferea shopping center and between the old and new town . I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again some day

Excellent cooking facilities. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody that wishes to visit Lanzarote. Thank you

Very nice apartment with everything you would require situated in great location just 2 minutes from both the old town and Avenida de las Playas.

Great location in Old Town puerto del carmen. Apartment was perfect, great WiFi. Could not fault anything about this Apartment, washing machine was a bonus. Would definitely recommend it & return again.
