It is very clean, good location, great pool, delicious food and attentive staff.

Sehr gut ist der große Pool in einer schönen Garten Landschaft und Recht ruhig!

Die Matratze war sehr schlecht,viel zu weich und zu klein für das Bettgestell (rutscht hin und her). Was wir als Nichtraucher ganz schlimm fanden war,das direkt neben unserem Zimmer andere Gäste von Morgens bist Abends geraucht haben und der Rauch bei öffnen der Tür in unser Zimmer zog! Auch konnte man außer im Badezimmer kein Fenster öffnen so , dass wir in stickiger verbrauchter Luft sehr schlecht geschlafen haben! Man konnte gerade Nachts keine Frische Luft zuführen! Das Frühstück ist okay!

De bedden waren hard. Ook bij het zwembad geen matrasje op de mooie ligbedden.

Отдыхали тут неделю. Все супер. Очень понравилось расположение. Небольшой островок зелени и тишины в центре города. Персонал очень улыбчивый и внимательный, всегда отвечали тем же. У нас была вилла, удобное расположение и выход прям в бассейн. Хорошая, большая, ЗЕЛЕНАЯ, территория и все очень красиво. Много доброжелательных постояльцев в большинстве своем это немцы и австрийцы. Завтраки хорошие, голодный точно не останешься. По возможности будем приезжать сюда вновь.

Не знаю минус это или нет. Мы сами не курим но постояльцы за завтраком много курили. Это не совсем приятно. А в целом все ок.

Frühstück war wirklich gut und ausreichend. die Lage ist super Abendessen - besonders Thaifood sehr gut. das Personal ist sehr freundlich ruhige Lage genügend Parkplätze

The pool!

Our room was a bit dated and the mattress was quite hard.

Very friendly staff, very clean, wonderful plants and well arranged, great pool, unfortunately only to warm, restaurant has very good quality, the Terminal 21 mall in the other side of the street is a true experience (food choices are amazing, nice shop and so much nice details (don’t miss the toilets)

WiFi is not on the standard as it should be in 2023, despite the nice hotel and the great mall Pattaya as a location is not to recommend (horrible beach, city center is awful, unfortunately the bad reputation is well deserved)

The pool area and landscaping are very impressive. The staff are very helpful also

The cleaning of the rooms is poor. We asked to be moved rooms as the first one we were brought too had dead bugs and mosquitos on the ground, still left squished on the wall, and the shower was dirty. They did move us and the next room was much better but could still benefit from a deep clean. Beds are very very hard. The hotel pool and gardens are fabulous and it could be an amazing resort but needs to be modernised and freshened up.

tiles outside of the shower area are slippery & a bit dangerous when walking with wet feet. For a 100$ room rate I would expect more luxury. The resort is located opposite the Terminal21 Mall. that is convenient, but for the elderly it can be a bit difficult to cross the 6 lane road safely.

Beautiful environment, friendly staff with good service. The location is also good, quiet but have a huge shopping mall nearby.

they advertised playground facilities when in fact it was just an old wood structure not suitable for children to play on. the wifi was terrible. I was sent an email saying the manager would approach me to sort out some issues I had but that never happened.

smoking area should be kept separate from family area I don’t feel I can sit outside our room because of next door resident are smoking all the time our room front courtyard sitting area is quiet small for our family
