I wasnt expecting 5 star because the price was good. However, I felt there was some basic items that should be provided even at this price point. Check in was at 4pm and I had difficulty connecting with the host to obtain the door code. VRBO had to make several contact attempts after 4pm to assist me. We eventually connected, but not until 5pm. The couch very uncomfortable. The hightop kitchen chairs are so wobble that i did not use them because i was afraid they would break. Comforable beds with extra pillows and sheets. The bed comforters were a 1 star rating. No additional blankets provided and we experienced pretty cold weather. This location would make a single female adult with kids feel unsafe. Would recommend adult group only. Bathroom towels were plenty and nice. No bathtub plug so unable to give the young children a bath. The sparce kitchen amenities felt like they came from a rummage sale or dollar store. Even the coffee cups were plastic and grubby looking.

Air worked amazing! Perfect location that was near all the places we wanted to go. Extra blankets and a washer/dryer would have been great. But overall it was a great little place and would definitely stay again.

This small little place was really all my family needed which was great! The cleanliness was definitely not up to par at all. But it was definitely worth the price and I’d stay there again if I ever visited the same area. Definitely wish there was more seating in the living room though!

Very cute little house. Very clean with a contemporary style. It is within a 5 minute drive to the river. It is right next to the railroad tracks with trains running all the time, so bring earplugs! Wish the surrounding area was a little better.

Excellent! The neighborhood is kinda sketchy. The property manager was awesome . Very affordable! Close to everything that was cool meat and ing the river lol.. I had a couple concerns I hope they will address in the future I will definitely try to rent this property again .

We were over all happy with everything

The property is in a central location to visit the Mojave desert and various locations along the Colorado River. Lake Huvasu is only 30 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.

If you want to tour the area this is a nice house to come home to. I had work in the area and brought my dog with me. It worked out perfect for us
