The room was very clean and the front desk staff was very nice. The surrounding area is not unsafe, seemingly, but it is rundown and there is a train very nearby that goes by a LOT. And there’s a dispensary right across the street, which can go either way…😂

I believe this hotel had a train track close to the hotel. After the 2nd or 3rd train, didn't notice them any more,.

The staff were very nice and the room was mostly clean. There was some food in the microwave so I just threw that out. I got the king superior but there wasn’t a chair or anything, but that wasn’t a big deal because I just wanted to shower and sleep. Unfortunately it was very hot and even with the AC on it was pretty toasty. And the water in the room didn’t get cool so that was kind of rough. Breakfast is 7-9am so if you plan to leave earlier you won’t be able to attend. They did offer me a yogurt to go, but unfortunately I’m lactose intolerant. So if you’re looking for a clean place that’s pretty bare bones this is a good affordable option. Just maybe not when it’s triple digits!

The toilet was not secured against the wall and moved every time you sat on it. It also smelled like a sewage problem in the bathroom. The floor was so dirty, my feet were black underneath. Luckily brought some lysol wipes and wiped the floor down a bit. The lady at the front desk was super nice though.

Good value stop over between Grand Canyon and Los Angeles. Sam goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. Restaurants within walkable distance.

Got to the room and it was over 100 degrees. The ac had not been turned on before we entered. We've been here for an hour and a half and still hot.

Great budget accommodation. Spacious room, extremely clean. We were asked if we wanted a ground floor room which was great as we had a lot of luggage and could park next to our door. Breakfast was adequate and the host extremely helpful in giving us some local knowledge. We would recommend this motel to anyone on a budget who appreciates a well maintained motel.

It is a convenient place to break my travel.

The rooms were clean and made you feel like you were in a more upscale hotel. The staff was very friendly and I could bring my dog, most important of all.

Little did I know that the train tracks were directly across the street. Freight trains all night long. But otherwise not bad.

Convenient and equipped with everything I needed

The managers, Sam and Karen, are fantastic. They really do all they can to make your experience fantastic. The motel itself is pretty basic, but it’s nice and clean. I have stayed here twice and it is a great value.

The front desk person made me cry he was so rude. We booked through hotels.com and when we got there he refused to give us our room. He claimed not to have been paid. He also gave us a hard time about our service dog. He threatened me several times and left the lobby for a period of time without explanation. Never will I ever stay at another red roof inn. The is more but too much to type

Check-in relatively slow; 1st room I was given (#106) had not been cleaned so was given an upgrade, room #217. In this room: AC/Heater non-functioning; Sink hot water - in contrast to the powerful cold - barely sprays out; Sink clogged, I actuated the stop-valve and hair, etc floated up from the drain. This helped it eventually drain out the water; Water leak from behind the sink kicked out pint or two of water across bathroom floor; Bath mirror cracked across it’s entire face; Microwave glass base plate not original so doesn’t spin when in use. Bottom line: My price, at best, should have been 1/2 what I paid ($89 total). But at least it’s pet friendly.

Due to the hot weather the tap water was not cold or cool. Suggest new owners have their plumbing system checked by a professional. The new owners were very friendly and asked for suggestions on improvementsthey can make.

Floor was dirty, sink faucet was loose. Bathroom was clean, but shower curtain wasn't low enough to prevent water from getting on floor. No cold water, only hot. Fortunately the ac worked good.

Room was not a typical Red Roof experience. It was basic and clean, but the air took until literally 230am to get anywhere close to tolerable. If you need a basic plac it’s ok, but being in a sweat box after a cold shower was not what we needed after 8 hours in the road.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom sparkles and the sheets are new. The people at the front desk are vwry nice and eager to help their customers. This is a 2 star hotel with 5 star service.

Floors were filthy, bathroom sink didn’t work, were bugs in the room and the ac wasn’t working. The service was ok though.
