Amazing location and beautiful! I was there for a conference and this location saved me about 15 minutes of walking each way which over 4 days ads up. The accommodations were top notch. Will definitely be staying here again in the future Thanks to the host who communicated with me perfectly before, during and after!

The unit is exactly the title. The condo is beautiful, clean and is accurately depicted on the listing. The owner is very communicative and we had no issues while staying. Love the MGM pools as well! Parking with valet was seamless. Would stay again!

This place was perfect for our Las Vegas visit. Three women had 2 separate bathrooms and 3 spacious bathroom vanities to get ready for all of our fun-filled days. The apartment was very clean on our arrival. The beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. Checkin at the desk was a breeze and checkout was easier. Matt was very attentive as the owner and checked on us periodically to make sure all was well. Starbucks was convenient and you can walk to mgm grand without going outside. There is also a walkway to Top Golf which is right next door. For those who complain about the distance of the walk to mgm grand, if you don’t like walking, Las Vegas is probably not the place for you. We had an excellent visit and look forward to returning soon.

Perfect location with easy access to MGM and the rest of Vegas. Starbucks onsite was a nice touch. Easy check-in process, and great room. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location to strip, nice pool access and easy access to monorail. Quick Uber to all things on the strip. Great property mgmt communication. Would stay here again if returning to Las Vegas.

My sister and I meet domestically and internationally and this particular place had the best accommodations for our needs. I often travel solo and would have felt quite safe in doing so here.
My only issue was when I dropped something and it rolled under the sofa. I pulled out several items before locating mine.
I particularly appreciated how quiet it was. We would definitely recommend staying while in LV.

Overall, the stay was great and would stay again. Only issue was unit had not been cleaned when we arrived, which seemed to be an oversight that they worked to correct as quickly as possible. Location was convenient to most attractions and was super nice to have a kitchen to avoid having to eat out every meal.

The suite was very nice. The balcony had a really nice view of the city and airport. All of the staff were very friendly. If you didn't feel like going out there were plenty of places to get a drink or bite to eat within a short walk, even in the same building lobby. I recommend!

This was a better option for us than a Hotel. A great value with a great view of the mountains and nobody coming in the room every day. The only down item was the ice machine on our floor, and the guest cards did not let you go to another floor. The guest card issue did add to the safety feeling. The location is out of the crazy traffic of the MGM, but you have all the access. Definetaly on the top of our list.

We enjoyed a nice stay at this condo, and it’s a great location for any event at the new stadium. The check in process was smooth, and Matt responded to any questions very promptly. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to Vegas.

The location was fabulous. It was wonderful to be so close to the strip but also lovely to not have the hustle and bustle and smoke of a strip hotel. Everything you need in a hotel is here. Look no further this is the place to stay. Another huge perk is having access to the MGM pools and being so close to the monorail system. The room was clean, the pool and pool area was clean, and the people we dealt with were fantastic. We loved every minute of it here!

I liked this apartment. It’s design and furniture is different to most of the other apartments. Unfortunately the oven was out of order. But whenever we had a little problem the management and the staff of the property helped immediately.

I visited Vegas for an event at the convention center. This rental was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. My wife enjoyed lounging by the lazy river and I appreciated the nearby tram monorail access to the convention center. The host was always available by email and followed up quickly about any concerns.

Very nice mountain views and of the MGM pool - you will be able to hear the music from the pool but that is only during the day - no Keurig coffee maker, but has a drip coffee maker - great towels and linens - good mattress

We've stayed at The Signature more than a dozen times for work conventions and have always booked through the MGM. This year, we went VRBO route. Not only did we save money, but we the kitchen was already stocked and the process was easy.
