Clean, great location and had everything we needed.

Our vacation was dampened by the weather. This house was very clean and comfortable. However with that said it was not very well appointed. 1 bath towel per guest! The house had no extra trash bags, we received 3 pods of laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, no scissors, not even dish towels!!! The description said there was cable TV but there was none. We were in the house a lot because of so much rain and had no TV, never heard of such a thing!!!

Clean, very well-appointed (including cookwear & towels), close to beach & town. They even had beach chairs & towels! Would definitely rent this home again.

The house was quiet and spacious enough for all of us so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The house was close to the beach and downtown

This property was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. Great location. We were able to walk to downtown and the beach.

The location was terrific. Close to Main Street and also to the beach. There were a number of beach items that we could use - chairs and an umbrella, etc. It was a cozy place for our family of 3. We didn't even use the basement area.

Steps from Main Street and a quick walk to the beach. What more could you ask for? Well... how about a nice, clean property with plenty of space for sleeping and socializing. I'd recommend for anyone planning a trip to the Falmouth area.

Great location Walkable

The location is walking distance to shop and restaurants. We quickly realized we didn’t have hot water at the condo the second day. It took >10 hours for someone to come out and it still didn’t fully resolve the issue. They only refunded us the cleaning fee. Would not stay again.

this house is large, home-y and really clean. We were a group of 5 folks and all had our own rooms/spaces and en suite bathrooms. We can't wait to be back.

Our family of four stayed there for a wedding in Falmouth in July. The unit was very clean, location was great as it was walking distance to town and most of the restaurants. The unit had working Internet, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. We had a very enjoyable stay!

4 adults and 2 kids for comfortably in this lovely home. Walking distance to shopping and all sorts of dining. Our only issue was confusing communication from the Management Company regarding children’s beach toys and beach umbrellas. We were told by one communication that there are some on property then emailed by Vacasa that there are none so we bought toys and beach umbrellas for our stay. It turns out there are 3 beach umbrellas in the garage, 6 beach chairs and PLENTY of Children’s beach toys which was WONDERFUL! We left our toys behind so there are even more added to the mix now 🙂

Falmouth Modern Getaway was just as described & More! Immaculate & Welcoming, walking distance to Beach and downtown Falmouth. Comfortable beds fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Management was very accommodating when snow storm delayed our arrival a day.

Gorgeous clean beautifully furnished. 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms plus powder room. Only one block from Main St. Owner provides plenty of supplies books tourist info and toys for kids. Very quiet location. Heating worked well. Plenty of overhead lights and lamps. Highly highly recommend. Internet service excellent. Would happily stay again on next trip to the Cape.

The property was lovely. The location to town was perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable. I love the front yard with the adirondack chairs. The flowers too were lovely.

This property is excellent, very very clean which is # 1 on my list of requirements. The location is centrally located and perfect for all our day trips to Martha’s Vineyard etc. Only complaint is that we could not get the TVs to stay on, and there are no closets in lower level available to guests. With 2 couples traveling together the lower level was the obvious 2nd bedroom choice since the upstairs had only twins in 2nd room. Otherwise it was great!!

Well maintained property minutes walk from all Main St has to offer. Quiet location, smartly decorated, overall very comfortable house. Our kids 3-7years old found plenty to do in the house with books, toys, fenced yard w/ sandbox. Short drive to Town beaches. Door code didn't work initially, but 3 minutes later after a call the property manager got it immediately reset. Falmouth was a dream to visit, we hope to visit again soon!

Perfect Cape long weekend get away! The unit was very well cleaned when we arrived. Check in was a little tricky as the code to the door did not work; however Turn Key was super quick to respond and solve the issues. This property is a 10-15 minute walk to a beautiful beach and less than 10 minute walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Overall, great stay, would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to come back!

We had the best stay at this house! The location is easily walkable to all the amenities of downtown Falmouth. Beaches and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard were also close. The home itself is very well maintained and comfortable. Lots of toys for the kids (inside/outside), plenty of outdoor seating, lots of beach toys/chairs all included! We had minor issues with needing to regularly adjust the Nest thermostat which constantly went up to 79 degrees by itself upstairs, but the convenience of having central air was appreciated. I would also recommend they have an exterminator spray for spiders (we found a handful, mainly in the basement, but this could occur in any home). Regardless, we would stay at this property again without question!

This is a lovely place for a calm seaside vacation. The owner clearly cares about the property and has gone to a great deal of effort to make it elegantly comfortable for adults and kids. A lot of extra touches - from toys and family games, to beach chairs and umbrellas - made our stay extra special. The garden is lovely for an evening cocktail, and the grill made quick dinners a breeze. The house is centrally located - only a short walk to the beach, and even shorter to the main street where we found lots of restaurants and shops. Also, it’s a short bike ride to lots of other beaches, and close to the Shining Sea Bikeway which goes down to Woods Hole so we spent a lot of time exploring the area. We were sad to leave!

Loved staying at this property. Only thing that was a negative was the later than usual check in and earlier than usual checkout. Otherwise, everything was really great.

Reviewer Comments: When we rented, the property was so new to the market that a full description wasn't yet available online but we're glad we took the last-minute chance. Turnkey was prompt in answering our questions enabling us to pack appropriately assuring us that everything we'd need was provided... and it was! Turnkey also quickly sorted out minor glitches so our stay was pleasant. Although we didn't have children with us, those who do will find toys, beach towels, a sandbox and even major construction with big machines just over the backyard fence. We appreciated our opportunity to make this clean, well-appointed house our temporary home.
