Great stay, great location for where we were going, and scenery is gorgeous from outside balconies. Bell Winery recommended near them. Only complaint was upstairs beds not that comfortable and as in description be prepared for critters.

This property is exceptional, we loved the view and the wildlife. The house was clean and had everything we needed for six people. We also liked how it is centrally located to all of the vineyards and hill country towns. We will be booking this one again.

We were in the area for my niece’s wedding. The property is beautiful. We were able to enjoy cooler mornings on the balcony and one sunset while we were there. Nice area near the wedding venue. Would stay here again.

This house is so charming and had literally everything that we needed for myself and my 3 adult children. I love that the primary suite is on the main floor and that the other two bedrooms are upstairs. The 2.5 bathrooms was so needed with 4 adults! The two full length decks are my favorite thing about the house even though it is hard to pick a favorite thing about this house because it's literally perfect. I had asked Monica if they had any box fans in the house because my family needs the noise from the fan to sleep and she went out and bought two box fans ahead of our arrival. She was always available for any questions or communication. Every day during our stay there where Deer frolicking in the large yard around the house. We were in town for a wedding at Morgan Creek Barn and this house was the perfect location for that. If I ever come back to the Austin area, I will be booking immediately to stay at this house. There's so many options for nearby shopping, food and entertainment. If you're going to the Austin area and you prefer a country setting over a city setting, this is your place!

This property lived up to its description! The view and location were outstanding. We were in for a wedding and the event venue was less than 3 miles away. Great place! Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a fun girls weekend and the house worked out great for our group of 5. Location within Dripping Springs is perfect - close to downtown and easy access to nearby places. Monica was kind and responsive, provided a lot of helpful info about the house. Lovely views!

I really enjoyed my stay here especially due to the beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio due to the great weather. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. I would stay here again.

The house was lovely with a great view. Unfortunately, a lot of construction was happening down the street, so it was really loud most of the day. Certainly a one off. Beds were comfortable and the patio was relaxing. The house was really well-stocked, and communication was quick.

We loved our stay at Cortijo! Communication was great, check in/out was seamless, and the house is nice and spacious with a great view.

We booked this property long before our arrival date. Monica was the individual we corresponded with on several occasions. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions during the entire process. Now to the property, our expectations were high based on the photos of the property. We were not disappointed. The property has amazing views and the breeze during the day was very refreshing. Grocery store and gas within 2 miles. Close to many vineyards our favorite was the GraveYard, and the Vodka distillery had great drinks and amazing food for a place of its type. We give this property 5 stars and loved our stay..

Four of us found a wonderful retreat in Monica and Jeff’s beautiful home! It was located on top of a hill in a neighborhood, but had clear views off into the distant hill country. Close to Austin and Wimberly, which we visited , as well as Pedernales State Park . This home has everything you will need and it is spotless. The beds are cozy and the up and downstairs decks were great for coffee, wine and conversation! Thank you both for being attentive hosts. We had a lovely time.

The house was perfect! It is exactly like pictures. Appears to be fairly new. Comfortable beds and great views. Perfect location for exploring the hill country distilleries. We would stay again!
