Perfect location in Dripping Springs, new beautiful hotel the staff was so welcoming and kind.

The room was very comfortable and the air worked great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint was there was not an in-room safe. These days I feel that is imperative.

An OK hotel in a remote area at city prices

Arrived, the first night we could not sleep. We were infested with bites all over. We brought extra sheet just in case and still got bite. Very uncomfortable and disgusted. No complementary coffee or anything. My wife Requested the room be cleaned and re-done. We were there for a wedding. This was ti much cost for our stay and troubles. Didn’t even give a discount for the discomfort.

The Hotel was truly amazing. Beautiful rooms with super comfy beds. Staff were friendly and caring going the extra mile. Great location with restautants close by. The pool and outside area was excellent. I will definately return.

I had a wedding in the area. It was difficult to get around without a car, including getting an Uber to the airport. The hotel itself was very nice. Staff was very welcoming.

The staff we encountered with was superb! We were greeted as entering the building by Caden who was the very best at customer service! He really made our stay the best! Then Stephany at the bar was great as well. Very helpful with surrounding areas and things to do! Thanks to her one of our best days was due to her! Lastly the morning barista (sadly didn’t get her name) but she was also great with customer service! Very friendly and efficient as she was serving many folks! Good customer service is so important in hospitality and your hotel hit the top! Thank you so very much !

Proximity and cleanliness were great and staff was attentive and personable! Nothing moved quickly though - I guess the small town influence.

It was good, we had a toddler and we dit perfectly with bags and stroller and she still had room to walk around

Would have been a perfect review if not for one glaring issue we experienced. Before checkout time, I had gone down to the car to take our bags while my wife was gathering up the remaining things in our room. When I returned to our room, my wife had told me some man had entered our room while she was still in there. This person had key card access and was either a maintenance or housekeeping employee. They also had a cart with them. When they saw my wife, they immediately turned around and left the room without so much as an apology. The do not disturb sign was on our door as well before they had entered our room. I had reported this to the front desk as we checked out as well. It was already bad enough that a guest was still in a room, with a do not disturb sign, when an employee of the hotel entered our room but the fact that my wife was in there and could have been changing or in the shower is unacceptable. I expect this problem to be taken care of as I will be following up with the hotel once more via phone call and email in the next 24 hours.

The state was quite comfortable. The service from the downstairs clerk and bartender was professional and welcoming.

Staff friendly, very clean and the hotel smells fabulous.

The only thing we didn't like was the "Bistro" in the lobby, where we should have been able to get breakfast, and food throughout the day. It seemed to be understaffed, and the person there was inexperienced. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and no one there was eating food, so we left.

Property was over priced. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was below average and kitchen is understaffed. 45 min for a heat and serve burrito and coffee. Every guest complained...

Was quiet. Bed was terrible though. It felt like lots of tight sheets... can't really explain it but way too firm/hard even. Breakfast attendant was nice and helpful. Overall great stay but would never come back just because of the bed. Thank God I only slept there one night. Very clean and very up to date decor.

Great hotel

This property was close to a wedding venue we attended. It was in a quiet area and not overflowing with traffic. They also let us check in early. Much appreciated.

It's a great little gem in the heart of Dripping Springs. There is attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the staff is super friendly. This will be my hotel of choice for my work trips—a much better value proposition than the Holiday Inn down the street. The only disappointment is the Starbucks breakfast offering. I waited 23 minutes for a badly microwaved breakfast sandwich. Kudos to the front desk team. They went above and beyond! Well run operation!

We were very happy with the stay at Courtyard Marriott in Dripping Springs. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. It is in a nice location.

Clean, COMFY beds, very modern rooms, Starbucks down stairs and cozy lobby perfect for our family to hang out (we’re all in town for a wedding). 5 stars!
