Our room was larger than expected—included a small dining table, small sofa, mini kitchen area and full size bathroom. We had a perfect view of the ocean from our lanai and a lovely view of the gardens from our front door. The large walkways made it very easy to negotiate around the property which included beautiful gardens (with many of the plants identified with markers) and small pool with bar. Chairs were available for use in the beach. Market place with deli, snacks and coffe shop was just across the street along with nice souvenir and art galleries. Location was perfect—easy to get to airport as well as beaches, restaurants and sights around the entire island. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed her for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. The check in and check out process was seamless and the unit was exactly as advertised. The unit was comfortable and clean. We miss the sunrises from the lanai.The gardens within the complex are absolutely stunning. Complex is walking distance to several good restaurants and is centrally located with easy access to other locations and activities on the island. We recommend this listing and hope to be back some day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First time ever after renting properties over the world, that the description and the pictures were a 100% reflection of what we enjoyed this past week

We really had a great experience here. The view from the lanai couldn't have been better, nothing between the building and the beach/ocean. The property grounds were beautiful and kept very nice. Communication during our stay with the property manager was easy, the place was super clean and comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach towels, nice shampoo, conditioner etc. The kitchen was well equipped and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Other beaches and activities, restaurants etc. were easily accessible with a rental car. The only things I'd say that were slightly off was the chairs on the lanai were so uncomfortable if you wanted to sit there for any length of time, which we did. And also we paid $125 for a late check out but were locked out of the room at 10am and sent a one time use code. We would have done more on the last day since we had the room till 4pm but we wouldn't have been able to get back into the room so we just hung out and did nothing all afternoon. That seemed odd to pay but we couldn't come and go as we pleased all day.

Everything about this place is perfect. The view is stunning, the room was clean and welcoming and the host is absolutely amazing! 100% will book here for my next trip!

We loved this property! The view of the ocean from the balcony was incredible! Watching the sunrise each morning was amazing. Being within walking distance of Coconut marketplace with all its restaurants and shops was so convenient. Very safe area. Will be back!

Perfect location, nice and clean and right on the beach!

The photos accurately reflect the unit. Light breakfast is easily doable in the kitchenette. There are grills by the pool if that's how you want to cook as well. We loved going to sleep and waking up hearing the surf as well as having coffee on the lanai in the mornings. There are some restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance at Coconut Marketplace. It's a good central location between the north and south sides if you're unsure about your plans for your vacation. The A/C has been recently replaced, but we were unable to get it work to our satisfaction.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit!! The view was so nice. We saw several sea turtles swimming close to shore one day. Loved that the Coconut market was walking distance! The property manager was awesome! Super helpful & responsive! The Lava Flow frozen cocktail at the Tiki bar was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking to explore the island, you won’t find a better central location. Also close to great food and shopping within walking distance if you don’t want to go far. The room was good for two people if you don’t need much. Could be a little more updated and more throughly cleaned between users, but worked for what we needed and the price was great. The views are more than picture worthy and you can fall asleep to the sound of waves ever night. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful. Was fun just walking around reading the signs they have out with descriptions of the vegetation. Everyone we ran into was very nice. Also nice walking trails and beach chairs to relax in on the beach. It was pretty laid back and quiet the whole stay which we enjoyed. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but it looked well kept and clean. As far as the island goes, it is one of the best places on earth. Very relaxed atmosphere when compared to other islands. No huge resorts cluttering the beaches overrun by people. You will not regret making the trip here. We would definitely consider staying here again if it was available during our next stay.

This property was perfect for our stay on the island! There was a small issue and after contacting the owners, it was resolved immediately. We highly recommend staying at Serenity and hope to return some day!

The photos accurately depict the property. It's right on the coast as shown in the photos. It isn't the easiest beach for swimming as just off the shore it becomes very rocky. Recommend using the pool. The property is behind the Coconut Marketplace so there is easy access to restaurants, shopping and an ABC store. We had an issue when the AC stopped working and the deadbolt not working upon our arrival. The property manager quickly fixed the AC system but the deadbolt was never fixed during our stay. It may have been a scheduling issue with the locksmith. Would I stay here again. Yes, definitely. The grounds were nice the unit was clean and it was exactly as described. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning.

Amazing stay at this beautiful property! Unit is exactly as pictured. Very spacious studio with comfortable king sized bed with an equally spacious bathroom. We enjoyed many meals on the fabulous balcony with picture perfect views. The property itself is also beautiful- the grounds are well kept with gorgeous landscaping. The pool, spa, and pool bar were also very convenient and a joy to use. Amazing location with so many wonderful restaurants, beaches, shops, etc all within walking distance. The majority of our excursions, including the airport, was a short drive away. We would absolutely love to stay here again! One small note: might want to include the detail about needing to obtain a parking pass in the check-in instructions email. It was indeed included in the binder in the room, but it was easy to miss. Luckily, security gives a warning before towing. :)

We really enjoyed staying at this studio in Wailua. The location had a lot of great restaurants nearby, and was also good for day trips to other areas of the island. The room was very clean, and the view from the room is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice location, walk to restaurant and pool.

Perfect view of the ocean and choose enough to hear the full roaring of the waves. Bring your binoculars because there's were whales a ways out, nearly every day, seen from the lanai.

Nice to walk to restaurants and shops after being in the car all day.

One of the main things I wanted out of my stay was to be able to wake up and stare at the ocean, and I got exactly that. The room was nice and the location is right next to a marketplace, coffee, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

Our first visit to Kauai and the location was perfect for us. Everything was as described, only better. We hope to return next year again for our anniversary and stay a little bit longer. The view is amazing right from the room and the easy access to the ocean was just what we were hoping for. The property grounds are well kept and perfectly in tune for a tropical retreat from everyday life.

We had a wonderful time here! You cannot beat the location, and the condo was very tidy. Happy hour by the pool, watching the sunrise in the morning from the lanai, and central location to everything on the island - who could ask for more? I'll be back!

The unit is as close to the beach as advertised. Well located to get to the north or south side in under 45 minutes. Several good restaurants and a market in walking distance. Can’t imagine anyone not being happy renting this unit.
