Spacious condo with amazing views. Updated bathrooms and kitchen add comfortability. Great space for families!

The condo was very nice and the views were spectacular! The floors were a little dirty but that is to be expected being beach front. The only thing we were not made aware of is that the rental fees do not include $50.00 per car parking. Other than that, the trip was fabulous.

One side of our family goes to Ocean City for a week every year and has since 1975- we have about 35 family members who come and each family unit gets their own place. Last summer was our first time at this condo complex and we came back this year. Despite the excessively high heat (heat index up to 109) we stayed very comfortably cool in our unit -the a/c was outstanding! The two king beds were great, and we made the beds in the third bedroom work for two adults (one slept on the lower double bunk and having the upper bunk overhead took a little adjustment) - everyone (six adults) thought the unit was a great choice. We especially enjoyed the fact that we had plenty of seating space for other family members to be in the unit in the evenings for games. The crock pot was very helpful and there was plenty of flatware and other kitchen utensils. Having a Keurig was a bonus! The unit was clean upon arrival and it is apparent the owners keep it updated. Our host was very responsive and attentive to my communications and provided us with details that made our stay go smoothly. We highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean, with an amazing view. We are a family of 6 and it was more than enough room for all of us to stay the week comfortably. The property was great as well with lots of amenities that kept us busy without feeling like we needed to leave to find things to do.

The unit was fabulous!! Not one complaint. The views were amazing and the fireworks superb from the balcony. The unit was very well appointed, too. The only issue was parking. The attendants were not cooperative. I parked my car about 5 blocks away and it was cheaper than the condo parking! I was able to unload my car and move it. There should be a serious heads-up about the parking disaster. We were pretty clueless when compared to previous years. If the unit sleeps 12-there should be parking available or a True suggestion of what to do.

The penthouse was perfect! The views were spectacular! The location was perfect and within walking distance of food stores, restaurants and anything else we might need! We loved it!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo. The host was easy to communicate with. It was a tad smaller than it looked in pictures. The place could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, there were used cups in the bedroom. Overall we had a nice stay.

The property and the grounds are highly secure and very accommodating. I was impressed with the security. The only thing I would say could have improved our stay would have been the master suite bed. Very large beautiful views but not so comfortable. The couches were all great and the other beds. Replace the bed get a double thumbs up. For now only one thump up!!!!!

The condo is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! The amenities in the Sea Watch are endless and the beachfront access makes taking kids to the beach so easy. Our family had ample space for sleeping and hanging out. Communication with the owners was great as well! We will definitely be renting again!

This condo did not disappoint! It accommodated all 10 of us! 4 adults and 6 kids! We stay at the SeaWatch every year for vacation. This ideas the best condo by far! Chris was very quick to respond. The only thing that I suggested was more plates since there was not enough for all of us. Also more mixing utensils. Other than that, nothing was wrong with the condo. Thank you Chris and family for allowing us to stay in your condo this year! We cannot wait to come back next year and enjoy it again!

Had a great family vacation! Chris was very communicative. The unit was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen etc. Just a few steps to pools, beach, restaurants. Awesome golf courses within 15-30 min. Just dont order the pizza from My Place...Tugos across the street will deliver for free. Plan on returning to OC!

The property was just beautiful!! We couldn't believe how nice it was! All of our adult kids were thrilled with the floor plan and view, as they just recently graduated from college and lived in crappy college houses. It was centrally located to everything we needed! We had a wonderful time and are very grateful the Mummerts shared their "second home" with us! We would love to stay there again some day!
