The Condo is wonderfully situated on the beach and a key reason why we visit St Maarten as opposed to St Barths. The Condo provides all amenities and Management are very responsive to any request. Kathy met us there to get us checked in, went through everything to make sure we knew how it all worked and voila, here we are on the top floor, beachfront Simpson Bay.We've been coming to St. Martin since 2004 on a more or less regular basis and have stayed in many different places with different companies. One of those a couple of years ago, is how we met Maia from IRE.Great service, great people, great properties. I will use them again on the very next trip. And highly recommend you do the same. We stayed at this property in March and we very happy with the property and the unit which is excellently outfitted, well maintained and updated, and has an inviting view of Simpsons Bay. Owner and property manager were both very accommodating and responsive regarding check in and out procedures and scheduling. The unit is well located if you want a truly beachfront property and appreciate being surrounded by the ocean in a unit which you can easily call home for the duration of your visit. We will definitely return and rent this unit again.
