Wished it had the hot tub as listed. Comfortable though. Clean and easy. Taxi driver said it was a bad neighborhood but it was quiet and peaceful. No issues at all!!

We were able to zip around town and to College Park easily. Parking at the front door. House was spotless and top notch appliances.

Jonathan was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

It was amazing. The property was clean, the owner was very organized and even left some sight seeing recommendations. I would definitely book this place again with him. Thank you so much for the fantastic visit

Our host was well prepared for our visit! Amenities were provided as described and property is well maintained. There were options for firm and soft beds and options for privacy for couples. The communication and hospitality was also well done! Location was generally ok - parking on the street could be limited at times. Appreciate the opportunity to stay at this property!

This was our first family trip to DC. We were lucky enough to find this hidden gem. At first, we were a little worried about the neighborhood. However, it turned out to be very quiet, peaceful, and away from all the craziness of downtown. Parking was easy, right in front of the house as described. All of the neighbors were very inviting. We felt very safe and slept like a baby at night. Jonathan was a great host. Very responsive. I absolutely loved his attention to detail. His binder with everything I needed to know was a great touch. The house was very cozy and comfortable for my family of four. I appreciated all of the amenities that were provided. Super soft linens, modern washer and dryer, beautifully renovated kitchen…it felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice house, would recommend for family's. Good size bedrooms, house is well stocked and in good shape. Stairs are steep so be careful if you are traveling with seniors.

This property was perfect for our Washington DC trip. Close proximity to all the sites. Relaxing home base for a very busy itinerary. Short drive to Union Station which allows you to explore all of DC easily. Jonathan was a terrific host and even reached out on your arrival day to let us know we could check in early. Well appointed home and we would most most definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Property was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as described. The only concern was the surrounding area although the street we were in was quiet, but surrounding area is not great.

Located in rough neighborhood, too many stairs, shower curtain had mold and towels and sheets smelled moldy

We were happy with our experience at this property. The kitchen was well appointed, it had a nice little patio out back. Fold-away bed not very comfortable. Communication with owner good. Fairly convenient to main tourist attractions. No difficulties with street parking.

We enjoyed your place! I did mention a couple spots that needed work in the house and was well received. Some nearby areas seem a little sketchy but overall we enjoyed it!

Everything regarding the home and Jonathan were fantastic. The neighborhood, grocery store and overall atmosphere was not comfortable for us.

The house was quiet. Plenty of space for us. Had what we needed in the kitchen. Could easily drive to major attractions. Host communicated well and was very helpful. Would stay there again!

The rental was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Communication with Jonathan was efficient and helpful. We especially appreciated his willingness to work with us when one member of our group got ill prior to our original rental dates. Jonathan didn’t hesitate in understanding our situation and revising our rental dates. The rental is in a neighborhood setting and not particularly close to restaurants and activities BUT the property is just a short drive to the Minnesota Avenue Metro Station and from there all of downtown DC is about 20-30 minutes away. The DC Metro train was very easy for out-of-towners to negotiate and the Minnesota Avenue station has an adjacent parking garage. We parked in the garage and had three wonderful days of sightseeing im DC. We would stay at this property again if we return to DC.

This 3 bedroom home is exactly as described. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbor is very friendly! Jonathan is an excellent host! He responded very quickly to all messages! If I'm ever in DC again I would stay here again! There is only one suggestion I would put a television in the livingroom.

The home is settled in a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to all the DC sights. It is an easy 5-10 minutes drive into town and there was plenty of parking options during our stay!

Our son is stationed at the DC Marine base and is not able to come home for Christmas. We booked this house to have an early Christmas with him and see DC. The house was only a 20 min drive to all of the sites. We were able to get a spot in front of the house the whole time. The house was as described and pictures were accurate. The master queen bed was ok but I have a temperpedic mattress at home so I am a bit of a mattress snob. The sheets were nice and clean and the shower was good. We loved playing the cards and games that were at the house during our night in. Overall we would stay here again.

I appreciated the beautiful appliances and furniture. It felt very relaxing, and was thoughtfully decorated.

My husband and a couple that we are close friends with came to DC for a couples weekend and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The house was clean and exceeded our needs and expectations. The host proactively reached out to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed and reiterated that we could contact him should we need anything. The neighborhood was great and felt very safe. Even the few neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The weather was unseasonable beautiful so we enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard for some great conversation. We would definitely consider staying here again on future trips!
