We had a wonderful stay! The water is nice and deep so the swimming was excellent, which is key for us. The cottage was beautiful and well maintained in a lovely natural setting.

We stayed at the lake house in the winter a few years ago and we’re keen to spent some time in the summer, and it did not disappoint! The cottage was perfectly appointed and very cozy. Our favorite time of day was sunset on the dock… so gorgeous.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. We canoed, kayaked, swam, took amazing sunset pictures, hiked and biked. The spot was just so serene and we were able to completely unwind and relax. The bed was so comfy and the cottage provided everything we needed. There were no surprises as it was everything advertised to be or foretold to be aware of. Just lovely! The hosts were kind and checked on us to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this rental!

This is s lovely cottage. Everything is as listed. The view from the dock is beautiful. Our girls loved visiting the beavers across the lake. It was a perfect weekend away.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lake house. Our favourite part was the truly unique one of a kind view of the mountains on the other side of the lake. It is so peaceful, and the perfect place to recharge, make memories and enjoy nature. The owners were great to communicate with and they provided us with the tools and full detailed instructions for our stay to ensure we were well equipped and safe. We will be staying here again, and we can’t wait until next time!

Along with close friends we came to this beautiful cottage! Instantly we saw why the owners fell in love, the view is spectacular, and the cottage feels like home! Pride of ownership is apparent as this cottage is well kept and beautifully modernized. We enjoyed a wonderful winter walk, and even ventured out on the frozen lake! We cozied up by the woodstove and played games on our last night! We look forward to visiting again, in the warmer months!

My family was looking for a quiet, winter escape and we got everything we wanted with this cottage. Everything was clean and organized which made for a really smooth transition. Lots of great winter activities close by during the day and nights spent playing board games by the fire we’re just what we needed.

This cottage was amazing! My husband and I stayed a few days during the week. The location was a magnificent winter wonderland! It was so quiet and serene. The cottage was well stocked with everything you need. It was nice relaxing by a cozy wood fireplace. We will definitely book again!

This is a lovely and cozy cottage! Comfortable beds, well stocked with a modern kitchen, appliances and a large table overlooking the lake to gather together sharing meals and playing games. There is a great firepit, nice view of the lake and the sky was covered with a blanket of stars. No problems with the internet and the guys were able to work and attend lectures remotely with no issues. Would highly recommend this property for a winter get away!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Highlands East cottage. We spent three nights in January and enjoyed skating and snowshoeing on the lake. The cottage was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. After lots of outside time, we spent our evenings in the family room enjoying the cozy warmth of the wood stove. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We have already started talking about when to go back.

We spent a great weekend (Friday-Sunday evening) at the cottage. We enjoyed skating and skiing on the lake and skiing on the local trails. Cottage was comfortable and just the right size for two families of four. Cottage was well maintained, clean and comfortable. We’ll look to book Another weekend in the future!

Our two families really enjoyed our stay at Nicky and Adrian's cottage over New Year 2022. They've clearly put a lot of thought into the comfort of guests, with everything you'll need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and the most thorough and helpful cottage guide I've ever seen - with lots of local tips and recommendations. We recommend this mesmerizing lakehouse if you want to experience heaven on earth. We spent three nights there during the holiday season with a friend and our family. As a first step, they promised us a 5-star experience if we were mindful of our noise level at all times and respecting the neighbours, and they delivered their promise. The cottage itself was incredibly clean and very fancy. There is practically everything a family might need, starting from the newly renovated kitchen to some beautiful spacious rooms. As a duplex cottage, you could watch the lake in front of you while relaxing by a warm wood stove at night. We will definitely return during the summer, as its winter was so beautiful. Nicky and Adrian were also in touch with us on a daily basis in case we needed anything. It was indeed the most beautiful, calm, relaxing trip we had with our family. If you are looking for the perfect Canadian cottage experience, look no further. Nicky and Adrien were not only super communicative(I had lots of questions) but they are kind and understanding people that were willing to do everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The cottage itself is magnificent. The view is to die for! The cottage is virtually new with lots of space to hang out together or alone if you need some "me" time. It really is a dream cottage with every modern luxury you could want. I can't wait to go back! The location was quiet and serene. We stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave. It was the perfect get away from the loud city. The beds were very comfortable, lots of games to play and a beautiful kitchen that is worthy of a magazine. I know I sound like I am gushing but I can't say enough about how great a time we had. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you want an authentic cottage experience. OH! and there is a fresh water spring steps from the front door. Go here and I promise you won't regret it!! Thank you a thousand times Nicky and Adrien!

We had a relaxing long weekend at the Highland Lakehouse! The cottage was so cozy and comfortable, and had everything you could need to unwind, prepare some nice meals, and enjoy spending time together. Very enjoyable!

Ive stayed at many waterfront cottages in the past, but the Lake House was truly something special. The cottage itself was in an amazing location, and was extremely clean and tidy (you can tell Adrian & Nicky really care about their property). The lake that the cottage backed onto was so beautiful. It was quiet and calm at all times of the day. I would highly recommend staying at Adrian & Nickys cottage!
