Excellent location, very quiet and pleasant and convenient to downtown Franklin. House was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Two very dear friends and I decided to take a long weekend getaway to Franklin. This was the perfect place to stay. It is about a 1 mile walk to downtown. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved the accommodations.

Property was clean and updated and in a safe location. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The location of this listing is excellent! We were walking distance to Franklin and enjoyed very much all the restaurant access, especially all the coffee shops. The walk alone in Franklin was so lovely. The house is cozy and quaint. We very much loved our stay and look forward to visiting again!

everything was wonderful and clean and was in a great location. Only problem was we had until 10 am to check out and went back to property at 9 am and we were locked out and when I called the number for the leasing company it said it was out of order, thankfully a maintenance gentleman was next door and he was able to help us or it could have been bad.

My friend and I brought our teens to thrift and celebrate a 16th bday. This place is perfectly positioned! Franklin is perfect - small town vibe with plenty to do and see and very close to Nashville! This stay was so close to The Factory, you could have walked! It might have been a little hairy with the construction currently going on, but it's close! The place itself is super cute and cozy! One king size bed, one full (maybe queen) and two twins, or just as expected/described. Place was clean and had everything we needed! I will say the only thing to be aware of is that you can definitely hear others about the house. We never had a problem hearing the neighbors that shared a wall, but worried they'd hear us as it seemed we couid hear everything even rooms away. Didn't impact our stay, but something to consider. ;) Water pressure is great! Bedding is super nice and comfy and beds and firm and very nice and cozy! We'd stay here again without hesitation and would recommend it to friends!

Excellent Stay!

This place was perfect for our girl’s getaway. The beds were so soft and they even provided fans.…which I loved! It is close to everything. We plan to stay here again!

Very clean and comfortably furnished unit. Great, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, peaceful views including occasional glimpse of doe with fawn grazing on adjacent fenced field yet just few minutes to downtown Franklin. Easy access to music venues in Nashville and great shopping at Cool Springs Galleria. Planning to be in Franklin again in the Fall and definitely hope to stay in this home again. Important to add our appreciation for how quickly - within minutes- Host responded to several questions. Our first experience with a vacation property rather than staying at a hotel has been very pleasant.

Overall it was a very nice place and the amenities were great for what we needed. In town for a wedding and so having the laundry and ironing options were a plus. The quick walk to The Factory (go to Five Daughters Bakery) and the equally quick ride into downtown Franklin was perfect.

This bungalow is not as small as it looks. The bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable. There are TV’s in every one of them. The bathrooms were nice and the master bathroom’s shower was great. The living area also with a TV was very comfortable. And the kitchen was very adequate. The town of Franklin was terrific we really enjoyed the shops Bars and restaurants.

Very clean, close to the various destinations we visited, serene setting.

We almost loved it but a few things were amiss, including cob webs in a lot of the corners and the porch, a shower drain that didn't work (so you're standing in water the entire time), cheap pillows and no cleaning supplies (not even a broom!).

Property was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable! Convenient to shopping and eating which is what we came for!

The location was very pretty and the neighborhood was quiet. Although this was a duplex, we were not able to hear the neighbors. The master bathroom shower floor made a loud noise when you moved in it and there were bugs and gnats in the house. The bugs and spiderwebs were mostly in the corners of the house. The beds were sorta firm, but surprisingly more comfortable than expected. If you plan to uber to Nashville expect for it to be a little pricey. Good place..had a lot of bugs and Cobb webs. No broom or vacuum in the house. But, overall house was clean and well kept. Street was quiet and location was great.

The property is new and clean. Very well managed. It’s close to downtown. Would definitely stay at this location again.

On a quiet street, pretty lot, perfect front porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. Dwelling just as it looked in the pictures. The unit had everything we needed. Our girls trip was a success and this nice place made it better. We are returning next year. Price was good too!!

I chose this property for the location. Close to downtown Franklin, the Factory shops and Nashville. It’s a side by side duplex but still private. We did not even hear the neighbors. It’s on a private street with 4 other properties so it very quite. The inside of the house is very clean. The mattresses are very comfortable and they give you plenty of pillows, bath towels and wash clothes and toilet paper. The kitchen is well equipped with one exception there was no non stick pan for eggs. Definitely not a big deal. A few quirks the master bed frame makes a noise anytime you move and the master shower floor makes very loud noises when you move around like the whole house hears it! These two quirks need to be addressed. These properties are new and very nice. I could tell they are still working on finishing touches. Outside could use some area where everyone can sit outside and maybe grill or have a fire . I would definitely recommend this property.
