This is the third time I’ve rented this home. It’s clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed. Beach access is easy; it’s a short walk north to the jetty (lots of sea stars and anemones, and sometimes seals), and a longer walk south to Rockaway. Thanks so much for sharing this home with us.

We loved being able to open the windows and hear the waves, and especially at night. The home is cozy, yet sleeps plenty, and very restful! We also loved walking the beach to the north jetty and back.

Amazing place arranged perfectly for Families with children. Close the beach. Master Bedroom is huge with the best views. Bed was very comfortable. 4 bathrooms was really nice. Great place!

Beautiful location and great views (especially from 2nd living room/master). Dramatic wave action and rolling driftwood (note not a gentle beach for kids). Quiet town, lovely. Great size and number of bathrooms for 9 (not sure why can't have 10 except no closet in secondary king). Most bedrooms were cold, perhaps due to low battery in thermostats. All bedrooms except master face away from the beach. Purple twin bedroom on first floor lacks any window covering and some blankets needed washing. MIddle of the night malfunction of a smoke detector was a pain. Master has major water spots on all wood. But the master shower is terrific! Hot water in house usually not an issue except with 3 showers and dishes. Kitchen has most of what you'll need (and we love to cook) except platters. There IS an outdoor grill! Outer decks need restaining. It is possible to bypass the stairs to get in and take the path to the back door.

It was a nice setting right on the beach great views from all the living area and the master bedroom. There were a couple issues during our stay. Friday morning we awoke to no heat or hot water. I called the help line and got through right away. About 45 minutes the heat came on and the water started to warm I called back to advise the the help desk the problem had been resolved. We had no further problem. The second really more an annoyance, was there were no extra kitchen trash bags. When you have seven people staying in in a place for four days you need more than one bag. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

The kitchen was well stocked. It has fantastic views. Nicely decorated but not stuffy feeling.

Our group has been spending one week every October at the beach for the past 25 years. This house ranks as one of the best we've shared. Lots of room, very clean, well equipped and awesome beach access. It was wonderful!!

The home was clean, inviting, warm and beautiful. The view was amazing and the sunsets did not disappoint.

This house has great sleeping/bathroom accomodations. The house is well stocked and the views and location are fantastic.

This was the best experience at the beach yet. The only recommendations we have; grab bars in/out of the first floor shower, toaster oven not working correctly, and the refrigerator was not keeping real cold. However this really did not hinder our stay as everything else was so much better than our wildest dreams.

We had a wonderful time and loved the house and location. Only complaint is the listing was not complete so we didn't know there was a grill and a fully stocked kitchen. Also, the occupancy listed is inaccurate. It should be 10 because there are beds for 10 people not 9.

had trouble getting into the home. Had trouble finding the stove vent which didn't do much. Smoke alarms went off and there were no silence buttons. Only one towel in the master bath. Porch, deck, and steps needed paint. Right next to beach access so people were always walking by. Master bath shower head didn't work right. Called about stove vent and smoke detectors but got no answer and no call back for three hours. Acting general manager came by and mentioned several other items that were "on the list to be fixed"

Nice kitchen, nice bedrooms, extremely nice master bedroom. Very few people on the beach. And the 3.5 bathroom and laundry room make the stay alot easier. Of course the beach is right out the back door. Only complaint is the upkeep of the yard, but don't really need the yard if you got the beach in my opinion.

There were two things that need repair at the house. 1) The stairs to the front door need rubber grips attached to them. They are very slippery, and someone could fall going up on down. 2) There are also rugs inside the house that are trip hazards.

This was a great location for a girl's weekend. Right on the beach with great wave watching perches throughout the house. The Master suite is very zen with a comfy bed.

I’ve rented several coastal homes and this was the best. Condition, view, layout, cleanliness, comfort, amenities. Kitchen equipped like home. My only complaint would be the steps leading to the entryway. Difficult for seniors.

Great location and very close to the beach. The house was clean, with all the amenities you could imagine. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was great, easy access to the beach, plenty of room, and a great view, especially from the master bedroom.

Awesome location steps to the beach unimpeded view. However the view was in peace was impeded by the architecture somewhat. For instance the rails of the porch upstairs we're lined up with one's eyes perhaps could be improved with different rail system bill system also windows We're somewhat dirty some with handprints of little children . Kitchen was very well equipped as was everything else and truly clean . Televisions lacked adequate instructions. 2 codes to enter the property one for keylock Box and one for front door combination; we were only given 1 code. So time and worry was wasted getting the other from vacassa.

Practically perfect in every way. Plenty of room for everyone. Short easy walk to the beach. Be sure to take the time to look up info on the previous owner and you won’t regret it. Such an honor to be able to spend a couple of nights in this home.

Great location on the beach and close to town. Lot's of space for our family. We were relocated from another property that had a water leak which was very disappointing. This location was a great replacement during a very frustrating situation of trying to change our reservation only hours before checking in. It did have a weird smell but that was easily removed by candles. We highly recommend this place for a large family. Multiple families could make it work but there was definitely only one primary room with a view.

Very nice place. Felt like home right away. Roku on both TV's used was great. Right on the beach. We stayed here off season so the neighborhood and beach was very quiet and fairly deserted. This will change during peak season of course.

This house was such a lovely place for a random coast getaway with my husband and two year old! First, the house is beautiful, very clean, and that master suite is really something special. The bed is actually very comfortable (and I never sleep well in vacation rentals!). The location can’t be beat, just steps to the ocean. We would love to stay here again! My only complaint is that we had an issue and I spent an hour on the phone with both Vacasa And VRBO and emailed the property manager and got no resolution from anyone, nobody contacted me to help me resolve the issue (we were given the wrong WiFi password, we ended up doing some trial and error and figuring it out). That small annoyance aside, 10/10 recommend this house for a lovely relaxing getaway, there are so many charming touches that make it a perfect place for families. My husband says it’s his favorite coast house we’ve ever stayed at.

This beautiful house is spacious and lovely. The upstairs primary suite is especially stunning, with oceanfront views from 2 sitting areas (and desk for work, if you must) sleeping area, and deck. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment for all your cooking needs. Access to the beach is just down the footpath. Perfect quiet location.
