We were notified almost an hour before check in time that they weren’t able to check us in at our normal 4pm check in time due to a “miss communication” with house cleansing, but was soon made aware that it was due to the other people who stayed there checked out late. We were NEVER notified that evening when we could check in, after they stated they would and around 7pm that night decided to take into our own action as we traveled 12hrs. Sent an email, then received a reply the following day they would compensate us due to the miscommunication and not able to enjoy our condo the first day. Never received any update on that compensation. We finally stocked our fridge and then 24hrs later the fridge broke and we lost a lot of our food and drinks, had to buy more coolers and ice to save some of the food. Didn’t receive a fridge until 24hrs and once again stated they would Compensate us with no communication of that. The place is beautiful, I will give them that, but as a property owner ourselves very disappointed in the communication and no follow up of the issues that we had here. Never received information on the compensation they promised.

The room was great. Close to everything in the resort. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the condo and the resort

This property had a beautiful view that we were able to see dolphins from the kitchen window. The condo was spacious but in need of a deep clean and maybe some fresh paint. The host was extremely accommodating when our flights got cancelled he was flexible with shifting our stay by a couple days as it was winter and no one in the condo after us. Off season they don’t heat the main pool and our pool at tower 2 was broken down for the majority of our stay. Since it was really quiet at the other pools we were able to go over there for a day. We were very happy we were able to hear the sound of the ocean coming in the balcony all day long.

The location was perfect and the view was the best we have had in all our years visiting PCB. The kitchen was full of everything you would need and then some. The only issues we had that were very minimal were the Ice Machine in the Freezer was not working, the couch could use a good cleaning and under the couch was full of sand (like it was just swept under the couch). Other than that everything about our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this unit.

The location was great. The view was very nice. I was disappointed in the furniture. The living room furniture was very dirty. The chaise lounge attached to the sofa had several stains on it. The bed spread in the bedroom was very plain. Just a little color would have helped that. There were no hangers at all in the condo. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and only 1 trash bag in the kitchen. I had to go buy a whole box of trash bags for only 6 day stay. The pool was heated and very nice.

Our stay was great and the property was really nice. The only complaint we had was that couch in the family room was quite stained and didn’t feel like you were sitting on clean furniture. It didn’t feel like we could relax. Everything else was quite clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much! Great time of year to visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was decorated nicely; however, the size was smaller than the pictures made it look. There were a few things that need to be addressed about this condo. My biggest concern was the hall bathroom that connects to the 2nd bedroom. The door to the hallway had a lock but the door to the bedroom did not. At first I was okay with that because I could lock the bedroom door but no lock on the bedroom door either. The closet door in the non lockable bedroom was a bifold that was hanging on the track by one side with no knob. This was more of an aggravation trying to keep the door out of the way. We loved that the bedrooms had plenty of drawers to hold everyone’s clothes. In the master bathroom there were used q-tips from the previous guest and urine stains on the mattress cover. In the kitchen there were only 3 teaspoons so we had to eat our cereal in shifts until we could buy some plastic spoons. The refrigerator had no inserts in the door to hold food so it was basically non usable. It’s a cute little condo but definitely needs some TLC.

Enjoyed our girls trip to Edgewater. Owner/host was always helpful. And quick to respond.

Had a wonderful stay at Edgewood. Manager was very responsive. Washing Machine broke on Tuesday delivered a brand new one by Thursday. Condo was great, clean and had everything we needed. Pools, ocean and amenities was awesome. Water was the clearest I have ever seen. Location was excellent. Friendly atmosphere. We would stay here again.

Condo itself was great and exactly as pictured. Second time at resort, first time in this condo. Entire property, pools, etc are well maintained. Wasn’t particularly thrilled with how the entire resort area we were in was essentially shut down for an Ironman event. Nonetheless, great stay and we’ll be booking this unit again.

Emerald coast didn’t send info for room or code until I called. When I called I was in the edge water office getting a parking pass ($50) not listed as an expense. The woman on the phone was sure they sent details but they didn’t. After driving 12 hours the last thing you would want is to stand in an office providing information that you don’t have. Washer stopped working and the door lock ran out of battery. When I called they said someone would be right over. No one showed. Be sure you get all the info before you go.

We left a snowstorm for PCB and had a wonderful escape for a week of relaxation and sunshine! Property was very nice and atmosphere was very family friendly. Would absolutely do it again!!!

We were very happy with everything, the condo was clean, the view was spectacular, any questions we had were quickly answered. We will be back.

*The view was great as expected! However there were a number of disappointments. 1. The place needs a deep clean. Stained bedding, filthy dishes and pans in the cupboards we had to wash before using because they were crusted with dried eggs and/or dripping in oil! 2. Property manager very late in responding and to this point has done nothing to address anything even though we reported right away. 3. The refrigerator door was missing all shelves so space for storing refrigerated items was limited. 4. It seems odd for a place that can sleep 10 people to be so short on silverware. (i.e.6 spoons and short on forks as well.)It made it vey inconvenient when we had visitors. 5. Reported a picture or something missing from wall in master bedroom, which is fine if the owner took it, but not so good if the people before us took it. Property mgr. said they would check with owner, but again no response after texting manager. 6. Pools were very cold and hot tubs were only heated once during our entire stay so were mostly unusable. Elevator outside our door was worked on for most of our stay from 8 a.m. till sometime in the late afternoon everyday except weekends. Extremely loud and only one elevator available a great deal of the time. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere if we had known this ahead of time. 7. The listing showed a large dining area and living room, but we shortly found out that was due to so many large mirrors.. Great marketing trick, but disappointing.

I love this resort! The cleanliness of the condo wasn’t great. We had to wash the bedspread in hallway when we got there, wipe down a sticky counter, and sweep the floor. Other than the cleanliness, the condo was cute and roomy! It didn’t take away from the great time we all had!

This condo was dirty. My daughter had sand in the bed. There were someone's dirty underwear, tshirt and shorts in the room when we arrived. Sand on bathroom counter, wads of hair in the floor, the couch is so stained and soiled i refused to sit on it. We booked thru Emerald Coast Destinations, Inc....Jake was our booking agent. He was zero help and very unprofessional. Never sent clean sheets or had anyone come to clean period like he said he would. Terrible to communicate with. I will NEVER rent thru them ever again. Do not waste your money on this condo. You will be incredibly disappointed and angry.

Very nice and beautiful condo very beautiful view. Loved everything about it

I never write reviews but I felt lead to do so....We took a family vacations and invited my parents and brother to stay since there was enough room in this condo. The room was ready on time, we didn't have to go check in at a desk or wait in line anywhere after a long drive in. Our room was just as pictured. The kids loved the egg chair and the huge window over looking the ocean. We loved spending the early morning and late nights on the balcony listening to the Ocean. No trouble with the ELEVATORS... we always find issues on vacation with the elevators being down or long waits and this was the first in a long time with no issues! We had a fantastic time at the resort. The pool deck has a lovely waterfall the kids thought was fantastic. We spent a lot of time over at the large pool in the middle of the resort because it has large steps into the water that my one year old loved to play on. The older kids loved the little waterfalls that this pool had as well. The splash pad wasn't to crowded either when this ma'am was tired of holding the little :) We didn't eat at Ocean because we didn't want to stop playing for that but we did order the shrimp appetizer which was fantastic and our bartender Susan was the best EVER! The kids did love getting a snow cone and sitting by the pool. The beach is always nice white sand and clear water which is breathtaking, The location of the condo is great, Walmart is right down the road, Whataburger isn't far either which is a family favorite of ours! If I had to give anything negative it would be that there was sand on the floors when we got there and some wrappers under the couch. But lets be realistic... we are at the beach and there is SAND everywhere regardless! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful safe place for my family to vacation this year!

The condo was about what we expected. Seems to have been a few years since upgraded, but we expected that from the pictures. Location was good. Beach was nice as always. The only complaint would be the cleaning. The sheets weren't cleaned. A decorative wall hanging had been broken and was just left sitting in the floor. Kitchen counter tops had not been cleaned well. We had some sanitizing wipes with us so we cleaned the countertops and table with them. I would rate our stay as average.
