The Villa was spacious and private. Fairly close walk to restaurants. The owner checked with us twice that everything was okay. Although this was a bit more money than we usually spend it was well worth it. We enjoyed our time here immensely. Thanks

If you’re looking for relaxation, then I highly recommend booking this condo. From check-in, John and Stacy were very helpful for any needs that arose. The condo is exactly as depicted . We loved watching the sunset from the deck as well, having our own private pole. I the only small objection was not having enough hot water for showers and that the water was turned off on the oversize tub in the master bath. Please don’t let that stop you from renting this condo because the pros far outweigh not having enough hot water, which is easily overcome with spacing everyone shower I would write this in 9+.

The patio and water view at this property is beautiful ! The wifi was very good. The property was clean. There is VERY little hot water for showering. This is not what we expected for a "Luxury" property....and there was only 2 of us staying/showering. Apparently the bath tub is just for show as the water was shut off to it. There would never be enough hot water to use it anyway. The washing machine was broken for the entire length of our 10 day stay which was very disappointing since we did not pack extra clothes as we expected to be able to wash some clothes during our stay. We would not have booked this property if we had known there was not a working washing machine. We reported it immediately, but it was never fixed before the end of our stay. We were however able to get some fresh towels brought to us. The air conditioning worked great during the day. But, the bedroom air conditioning seemed to shut off for a period every night and we therefore did not sleep well.

Excellent location and property. Some very minor things that have been commented on by others but would rate this nothing less than a five. The Concierge Service was easy and effective. Their restaurant at and transportation recommendations were reliable as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot! The views were spectacular and despite being super close to the airport the sound of the waves drowned out almost all of the noise from the planes. The place was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. There were four of us staying in the unit and the hot water would routinely run out by the end of the first shower. Otherwise a really perfect place.

I would recommend this place to anyone . View is amazing . Place is relatively clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Property is private and relaxing, the view is amazing. This was our second stay at Ocean's Edge, different unit, but just as beautiful as we had remembered.

Beautiful condo, pool, & view!

We really enjoyed our stay and the pictures are very accurate of the location. The location is perfect for getting to great restaurants and anything to do with Maho. The back deck with the pool is where we spent most of our time with the waves crashing in right under you and the beautiful sunsets.

The property location is perfect the unit was clean and included cleaning service. The concierge was helpful and gave great recommendations for food and activities. If you travel with friends my suggestion would be to rent the unit above the villa pool area lacks privacy

This property was AMAZING. We loved every single bit of our stay. Stacey responded quickly to our request. The property had everything we needed. The pool overlooks the ocean (music is NOT allowed poolside or out back under any circumstances). The unit has a washer and dryer, coffee maker, beach towles, pots and pans, complimentary water, soda, and beer. I mean it was perfect! The pictures does it no justice. 2 bedrooms snd 2 1/2 half bathrooms. OH...WHEN SHOWERING, HOT WATER DOES NOT REMAIN HOT FOR LONG. The water doesn't get freezing cold, just warm. It starts hot. I will visit this property again within next 30 days (if available). LOVE IT

You have to come and see this place for yourself. My first time in St. Maarten one of my top #1 rental home. The view is something to die for. So peaceful hospitality and food amazing!!!!

This was an amazing stay, the views and ocean sounds is something that must be experienced by all. The house was well prepared for our stay with snacks included. They were accommodating to our late departure due to late flight. We will definitely return.

Ocean Edge was extremely beautiful and modern. We woke up to breathtaking ocean views. We relaxed by the pool and took a dip when the sun blazed. The home came with concierge services that we utilized so we could enjoy our vacation instead of worrying about the small things such as grocery shopping. The location was walking distance to a strip with restaurants, entertainment, and the famous Maho beach. The locals were very welcoming and showed us around the island. John and Stacey were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
