This was a nice place to stay with friends. The door code was pretty finicky at times, which was unpleasant when we were stuck outside in the cold trying to get it unlocked.
The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with stuff for our stay. Would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay with Vacasa! The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The home was spacious and provided more than enough room for our family and guests.

We loved our stay here. Minor issue/user error when we first arrived, because I didn't realize the key code was for the lock on the door. There was a master lock scrolling lock box to the right of the door, so I assumed the 4 key code was to that. The numbers on the lock of the door were not illuminated, so I had no idea that was where you put the code. Anyway, after putting a call in to customer service (who didn't say anything about the door), she said she would send someone over. I got a call 20 min later from someone who described what we needed to go to, and we were in. The place was comfortable and well stocked. We love Sand Harbor, so the location was perfect. Very close to Raley's, so that was very helpful too.

We had some minor complaints with this property that wouldn’t usually result in me leaving a bad review, but when you add them all together, this property becomes one that I would not recommend to people.
AC- there is not any air conditioning. When I reached out to the property manager about this, they told me it is marked out of the amenity list on the listing. So, I went back I check and see how I missed that. I then sent images to the property manager showing that AC is not listed anywhere and therefor not shown as “marked out”. They then told me to look on “Vacasa” which is another booking platform. Then I saw, that yes, in the Vacasa app it shows AC marked out. However, I booked this place on VRBO which does NOT disclose that there isn’t any AC. The unit reached 85 degrees during the day and didn’t get below 78 until well after 10pm.
Laundry- we used the on-site laundry facility which had posted hours of 9am-10pm. I started two loads of laundry at 7:45pm. At 8:15 I returned to move the laundry to the dryer only to find that the laundry room was locked. I called and texted every number I could find for this property, but no one was able to help. My laundry remained locked in the laundry facility until around 10 the next morning. The management company had finally reached the owner of the unit and got a code for the keypad on the door and they texted it to me. Not once did they seem to care about the inconvenience of having my laundry sit in the washer overnight and well into the next morning.
Towels, toilet paper, and paper towels- this unit provides the cheapest products available. The toilet paper is the thinnest you can buy and the towels leave white fuzzies in your hair when you are drying.
Overall, I would not recommend this property.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and the location was the highlight- right next to the Hyatt and easily walkable. The only issue was the lack of things that most rentals usually have- basic salt and pepper for cooking and the kitchen was hard to maneuver. Overall clean and worked for the weekend.

VERY GOOD!
I love the lower level that sleeps 3, has full bath, kitchenette, and TV lounge area. It provides privacy like a separate apartment. The main level kitchen is modern and is overstocked with every single thing that one could possibly need for cooking, serving and dining. The living/dining area is nice and the fireplace is cozy. The loft is a fun sleeping area. The spiral staircase is a bit narrow to transport luggage up. This is a great sleeping nest for kids and teens. I was very well pleased with this property.

Great place
This is a great place. Lots of space for five and very close to skiing. Would highly recommend it. It has a well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. It was a brand new listing so they still need a few things: garbage bags, shades on the loft, salt and pepper, etc. The local property managers were also super helpful with a missing parking per it. For a middle unit it was very quiet, and we absolutely appreciated the Christmas lights on the deck and the poinsettias scattered around! We will rent it for the summer as well.
