This is a great house for larger families - lots of beds. The extra touches (like Q-Tips in the bathroom) was a unique bonus. Pool was lovely - be careful of mosquitoes at night! We had 1 maintenance issue (no hot hot water in the main shower) that even though communication was fast and easy, never got resolved. The house is close to main highways to go north to the airport or west to the beaches and lots of food and shopping is nearby.

The house is very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. The backyard is great if you are traveling with pets. The pool was very clean and easy to access. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond. We will definitely book again when we come to Tampa.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Well appointed house ables to accommodate the extended family comfortably while attending a formal military function at the base. Management was fantastically communicative. The price point was much better than had we all gotten separated hotel rooms, and we had a much better time actually staying together.

We enjoyed our stay very much! This is a great house with plenty of room and a large backyard. The management company is stellar! They are in constant communication about your stay and are readily accessible for all of your needs. Top notch.

The house was clean! Also had shampoo, conditioner, soap, and snacks which i thought was so thoughtful and kind!! Will definitely come back!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. There was constant contact and feedback from Emperor Rental. An absolute wonderful stay and experience. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next trip to Tampa.

Property was perfect for a family on vacation. The house had everything we would expect. It was clean and comfortable. The customer service was top notch. Any question we had was answered promptly. I highly recommend not only this house but any property managed by this company.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had enough beds for our extended family to stay with us. The pool was beautiful and warm. We had 2 small issues while there that were dealt with within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

If you’re planning to visit Tampa, don’t look any further. This is the place to stay. Mark and Aline went above and beyond in making my stay extremely comfortable. Everything from amenities to communication to cleanliness exceeded my expectations. And I couldn’t have been happier!

What a wonderful place to stay... immaculate and a quiet neighborhood. We were surprised by all the amenities that were provided. This stay was an A+.

The pictures and descriptions do not do this home justice. It was great. Very comfortable for a large family and the location is wonderful. The amenities were also fantastic. The house is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The communication with Mark/Aline was also great. I would definitely stay at any of his properties in the future.

Great place, clean and came with everything you needed. I might add cable TV for ease of use vs. having to log into Youtube or Hulu. Overall great experience would do it again...

Easy to park at house and sleeps 10 comfortably. House is very clean and recently renovated. There is a heated pool and in a nice neighborhood with little hustle and bustle

Beautiful home with room for the whole family. It’s in a great location in South Tampa close to everything! Home was very clean and well maintained. Nice heated pool and decor! 5 star stay!!

Very clean property, heated pool was a big plus for us during winter. Spacious for kids and beds very comfortable. Property management was great , very quick in responding. We asked for a portable fan and they provided it , Highly recommend this property.

Full compliments to the hosts for their hospitality, communication and fantastic accommodations. The one small issue we had re: the bunk beds was attended to the same day. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Hands-down this was the best stay I’ve ever been in. Everything was Very close. It was a great location to Downtown, Ybor city and the casino. We stayed here from my little sister’s 26th birthday and I will say we were not disappointed. We wanted to have a nice relaxing weekend and Mark provided us exactly that. Thank you again can’t wait to stay here

Super nicely decorated and well equipped house in west shore area. Pretty convenient and very nicely rehabbed with comfy beds and nice modern furnishing. Pool is also great. Would definitely recommend.

The home was very nice, clean, and neatly kept. They provided everything that I needed down to toothbrushes and toiletries. The pool was amazing and clean. The Netflix and cable was nice. Internet was great. Spacious and located close to everything. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Mark and his team were great !!!! There were snacks when we arrived. Which I thought was very nice. They had us set up with toothbrushes and toothpaste. we didn’t have to worry about buying seasonings for our food. They put a lot of thought into making us feel welcomed and not needing much. location was great everything is pretty close and there is a store seconds away. Place was very clean and smelled great. Amazing Host can’t wait to book my next vacation with Emperor Rentals again !!!!

Everything was very clean and the house was very nice! We enjoyed staying there. The beds were very comfy, kids loved swimming in the pool, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Communication was very easy and Mark was on top of everything. Thank you!
