We had such a wonderful time staying here! House felt brand new with an amazing attention to detail. Modern, clean, private, and stylish. Parking was open & easy, getting into the unit was a breeze, and we loved the privacy. This place seemed like it was taken right out of a "modern country living" magazine. As advertised, the walk to downtown was a breeze; very short walk and *entirely* on a nice sidewalk. We loved not having to drive. The host was a great communicator, easy going, and supportive. We really appreciated the effort put into making the house a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and everything was clean and organized. We would recommend this place to any adults looking for a nice predictable place to stay in Ogunquit.

The cottage was just as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants, groceries. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location. Great host! Bedrooms are quite small. Be sure to bring your own toiletries as there is no shower/bath soap. Also. Only one bathroom is downstairs where the bedrooms are, which was tricky with two couples. Outside patio with couch, fire ring and table was a great way to spend the evening.

Lovely brand new cottage with all the comforts of home. The location to shops, restaurants, the Marginal Way Cliff Walk and costal scenery doesn't get better than this. The owners were on site and easy to reach if needed. We would definitely rent again. We were very happy.

From the perfect location, beautiful, impeccably clean property, and warm hospitality, we could not have wished for a more pleasant stay in Ogunquit. Kristen was extremely helpful in accommodating special requests, like securing and setting up a foldable crib for our toddler. The amenities on site were meticulously thought out, like having a small hose at the door to clean off sandy shoes, or the fully stocked kitchen. We felt welcome and at home right off the bat, and we left with so many wonderful memories. We will be back, without a doubt. What a gem of a place!

This fabulous property in the heart of Oqunquit is the perfect getaway. A quick walk down the street puts you in the heart of everything! Park your car at the cottage and all of the restaurants, shopping, beach and the breathtaking Marginal Way are all within a short walking distance. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The amenities are perfect and your hosts are responsive & very helpful. We can’t wait to return!

This house is close to brand new, sparkling clean, and has everything that you will need for a great stay. A quick walk to the beach and restaurants with a 6 yr old. My husband loved the provided beach cart and chairs so much that he asked me to buy him the same ones for our house. We also used this house as home base to investigate Kennebunkport and York both short rides. The owners are very nice and super responsive. The new coffee shop on Main Street a few houses down is delicious. I highly recommend this property 5 stars!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Tom and Kristen are terrific hosts and very welcoming. It was like staying in a tree house as every window and the beautiful deck has views of trees and their lush, landscaped yard. It is so close to town we didn't have to take our car out much; the beach and town is very walkable. This is a real find in Ogunquit.

The gorgeous (inside and outside) cottage was just as shown and described on the listing and completely spotless. We've been coming to Ogunquit regularly for a number of years and were excited to see this listing on Vrbo. We always choose a location to stay that is in walking distance to the Ogunquit town center and beach, and this location was perfect for that, while still being easy to get in and out by car when wanted. An added plus was the new coffee shop/bakery a quick walk down the road. While Ogunquit has a wide variety of restaurants we ended up having most of our meals at the house so the well-equipped kitchen and huge island were very much appreciated. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the bedrooms are on the small size, but since all we did was sleep in them that wasn't an issue, and the amount of storage and closet space in the house was more than ample. During our stay the weather was mostly cool with frequent rain showers so we didn't have much chance to use the outdoor space, but got plenty of use of the indoors and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and fireplace. Definitely hope we have the opportunity to stay there again!

This guest house is absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. Our visit started with a warm greeting from our lovely host, Kristen. You are a short distance from restaurants, shops and most important, the beach. We certainly got our "steps in" but made us feel a little less guilty when we indulged in pastry at the coffee shop on the corner. Relaxing, reading and a little shopping was exactly what the doctor ordered. It is rare that we would revisit a location, but this was one special place that we will put on our "must do again" list.

My good friend and I had a lovely time at Kristen's cottage. It was very clean, well-equipped (we cooked dinner each night) and the location was perfect for walking downtown and to the beach. We will plan to return.

Everything was outstanding! Gorgeous place perfectly situated in the heart of town but just off the main street so it was quiet at night. The house was immaculate with everything you could need. And the owner, Kristen, was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Truly a perfect stay!

This was our first visit to Ogunquit area. Kristen was a great host providing excellent advice for local food and activities. 80% of our activity was walking distance (<2 miles). We will be back.

The property was even better than anticipated ( if that is at all possible!) Quiet. Convenient-able to walk almost everywhere. Top-notch and Sophisticated. Everything we could want! Clean lines; minimalistic design. Enjoyed working with Kristen; especially with a last minute emergency that I thought would impact our plans but she was very helpful and accommodating. Not to mention all the fabulous and functional design ideas that I will now copy for my own home!!! I would definitely stay here again!

This property was everything advertised - a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath house just out of the main area but close enough to walk including the beach, Marginal Way etc. Kristen was the perfect host. We'll be back!

A gorgeous new guest house, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, in the rear of a beautifully landscaped property. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the house, host, or location, which is a very short walk to downtown Ogunquit and beach. Would return in a heartbeat if ever in the area again.

The home is brand new and beautifully appointed. It really had everything we could ask for and was walking distance to town. Kristen was a gracious host and provided excellent recommendations.

Kristen and Tom have a beautiful new build that is a hop and skip to the charming village of Ogunquit but tucked away just enough to feel like you’re in your own private woodsy cabin. The house was immaculate, comfortable and offered everything we needed for our four-day, three-night stay. Initially, we were to be a party of three, but ultimately there were just two of us. A little more space than we needed, but this would be perfect for 3–4 people or a couple with 1–2 children (one note: nearly everything is white, so parents keep that in mind)! There’s a beautiful walk-in shower upstairs and a soaking tub downstairs. State of the art washer, dryer, and dishwasher made the stay a breeze, and we didn’t come home with any dreadful laundry to do after unpacking. Check-in/out was simple and quick, and Kristen was accommodating and at-the-ready to answer any questions we had. In the mornings, I’d recommend walking into town nice and early for breakfast at the Village Market and coffee to eat on the beach (~10-minute walk). We brought groceries and didn’t have lunch or dinner in the neighborhood, so I cannot make any recs there, but K+T have a whole binder full of them! Lazy afternoons by the fireplace with movies were a perfect way to reset before evening outings (we were in town for a wedding and family reunion). If I’m back in the area, I will rebook without thinking twice. Thank you, Kristen and Tom, for having us—it was perfect.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage - the entire place was clean and cozy, which was just right for our family. Kristen and Tom made sure we had anything and everything we could need and provided great recommendations. This is the best property we have ever stayed in and was such a wonderful getaway for our family - we enjoyed picking up dinner and eating at this little slice of heaven in OGT. It’s an easy and quick walk to town and Main Beach - we are almost afraid to share it with others since we know it will be the perfect spot to stay for years to come and want to make sure we can still book in future :) Highest recommendation for this property or the other two properties managed by the Property Owner - absolutely the best of Ogunquit and sure to meet your needs!

This property was EVERYTHING that the owner described and perfect in every way. The home is sparkling new, with luxury high end appliances in the kitchen and beautiful baths. We enjoyed the back deck so much! The shaded deck has a wonderful couch with a beautiful firepit for evening relaxation and a wonderful table with an umbrella with lights for evening outdoor dinners! A simple walk to the beaches and shops and amazing restaurants were also very convenient. Once you pull in to the property, you will also be amazed at the impeccable landscaping that surrounds this very private home. The owners are fabulous people and very accommodating and welcoming. One of the best properties we've ever rented!!

We were delighted to stay for two weeks at this property. The back deck afforded privacy and extended the use of the house, which is brand new, thoughtfully designed and in perfect order. The location allowed us to walk to the beach daily and to visit stores and restaurants. We hardly ever used our car, and we loved that. The property manager lives next door and was very responsive to inquiries and available, but never intrusive. All in all, a perfect stay!

Great long weekend stay at this property. Everything brand new and owner couldn't have been more welcoming! Perfect location walking distance to town and to the beach. Close enough to be super convenient, but just far enough away for the quiet you want when the day is done.
