Nice house with a great location to a decent little beach. Used it for medical visits with md anderson and didnt have any issues with traffic.

We were very pleased with this home. It was probably the nicest and cleanest we've stayed at. It was spacious and very clean (although they could clean the walk-in shower floor better). The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. The freezer didn't have an icemaker so they provided a large bag of ice. The AC worked great. We did wish there was a floor-length mirror in each bedroom. The location was perfect and you could walk a few blocks to the water. You could drive a mile and find all kinds of great restaurants and stores. We felt safe in the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect area
The house was located in a cute and quiet neighborhood. You could probably throw a rock and hit the ocean. There are alot of little stores to walk around and visit in LaPort and Houston/Galveston within a short drive.

The place was clean and nice setup. There is only one bathroom and no other mirrors in the house except in bathroom. Therefore none of the women could do hair or makeup until showers were done. Need mirrors in the bedrooms. Also the Living room TV was difficult to figure out and bedroom TV difficult to control as you had to sign on to any thing you wanted to watch and the connection from remote to TV was difficult.

Starting with excellent communication, EPIC Properties accommodated our needs as we travel through Texas. The home was warm inviting and private. A beautiful commute with views of the bay. Top Shelf property! We are so grateful to Phillip for going above and beyond!

Communication was excellent. The house was clean and cute. It was super kid friendly and had a great backyard to run around in.
