Everything is really close if you like the beaches and there are also good food around the area. Corpus is just a short drive away and the people are friendly.

Condo was nice overall only a few minor problems but we communicated those with management. The biggest disappointment was the pool wasn’t heated as advertised. Condo had lots of room for large family.

The condo was perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of room and seating. Very clean upon arrival.

Unlike many other properties we have stayed at, we not only had plenty of beds available for our group (a family of 8) but also enough table space. It was great to have enough seating at the dinner table. The location is conveniently close to the beach; just a short drive away. While there is not a grill at the condo, there are plenty of picnic grills by the community pool, so we were able to roast marshmallows and grill burgers.

We spend the best new year’s ever!!!! We had a lil family getaway in this awesome home…we had everything we needed…from a spot to sleep, relax , watch a movie, eat all together and better yet I was able to make our new year meals…they had about ever utensil dishe etc to cook….you all the best!!!! Thank you so much….

We had one working toilet for 15 people. We were told someone would show up the next day so I waited. They never showed up wasting my day. They showed up 2 days afterwards and we noticed it still wasn’t work working after they left. This should’ve been checked prior to us showing up. We drove a long way to be here.

Thank you for having us! We were able to gather with our adult children to celebrate Independence Day, my birthday and wedding anniversary. Although our #1, our grandchild and #4 of five weren't able to join us, we were still able to gather comfortably with our young adult children. We were impressed with the spacious unit and location of nearby beaches, convenient stores and IGA grocery store. The unit was equipped with all the necessities to prepare a hearty breakfast before departing on our days adventure at nearby Whitecap Beach and Port Aransas. The outside water faucet was great to wash off the sand before entering the home. Once again, thank you for having us! This unit was like a home away from home!

Our stay was awesome, other than the restroom issues, the bottom shower leaking into the master room and the 2nd floor tub water drainage was slow, management was notified but nothing was done….

This place looked exactly like the photos, and had many nice amenities that made our stay that much better. Great location and comfy beds. I’d definitely book again if I had another big get together with friends and family.
