We were visiting Cabo for my daughters destination wedding. Getting a home for key family members was high on the list of priorities. This was the perfect house! With four amazing bed rooms, all were very happy with the bedrooms/bathrooms. The common space was extra special as well with amazing views. This spot was the perfect place to not only relax but have some fun. The pool and Jacuzzi were put to good use. Thank you to both Ricardo and Kelly for making it an amazing visit.

Very nice. Would appreciate a coffee urn, bar soap and wash cloths in bathrooms, pool and spa lights did not illuminate. Mattresses were soft but acceptable. Driveway should be adjusted as not convenient to take luggage up and down.

What a way to celebrate a 55th Birthday! This home is the most sexiest place I have ever stayed! The view is over the top! The overall decor in the entire home is totally amazing! However, the way that each and every room is individually decorated is what I call simply gorgeous and sexy! My (5) girlfriends and I were sad to leave. The best stay EVER!

This home was incredible and beautiful . Bianca the house manger was amazing with all her help and recommendations. She was always available to responded to questions and assist with issues that arose . Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun ,relaxing getaway or vacation .

This is a wonderful house, the outdoor pool/hottub/loungers/fire pit/outdoor kitchen are amazing. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped and as described. Bianca the house manager was very helpful We had a couple issues... hot water in the bathrooms seemed ok the first 2 days, then was cold after. Some earlier guest mentioned construction a year earlier, its still ongoing. Some days they were pretty quiet, some days they didn’t show up, and some days it was very loud and dusty. The house manager helped out though. The house was very clean, but there were a few rugs that seemed kind of gnarly (I usually dont see rugs in mexico)

We were 4 couples who rented the house. It was great from start to finish! Communication with Lance and then Bianca (house manager) was quick and easy. The house is exactly like the pictures!! The outside area is AMAZING! All the rooms are big/have own bathroom. Bianca recommended we get at home spa service done outside near the pool..wow.. highly recommend it! Maid service comes and clean house once a week, flexible on the time they can come so we organized it when we were out of the house.

This is a beautiful property and one of the best we have stayed at in this area. What makes it particularly special is that each of the 4 bedrooms are beautiful. Often we have encountered 4 bedroom homes with only 3 really nice bedrooms. The decorations and bedding are lovely throughout. The pool was awesome! A wonderful sunset view was available from the pool, hot tub, terrace and upper master balcony. The water views were also good. Secrets is in front of you, past the golf course, but we honestly didn't mind because we could see and hear the ocean. You can see all the way to Palmilla Point and we enjoyed watching fireworks from the terrace as well. The beach club is terrific! Great fitness room. Gorgeous pool on the beach. Spa treatments available. Great restaurant. Great staff - especially Hector who was so nice to us. Next year we might want to do a month. It's that good. If I had 2 million dollars I would buy it tomorrow.

Showers were all hot though? Also thought kitchen was poorly set up for a luxury house rental. The living room TV could be better positioned for family viewing. An articulating arm would help along with better TV speakers. The pool area is great! Hot tub and pool temp controls a bit tricky with access codes. I would recommend this house subject to the details mentioned being taken care of. Tip: Make reservations in advance for Flora Farms restaurant! Hit the Saturday market in San Jose del Cabo early, French Bakery in town is great!

This house was even better in person than compared to the pictures. The views are gorgeous while the furnishings and decorating are top notch. The house has all the amenities you could ask for. The house is in a very safe area where the security guards get to know you and are very helpful. The house manager didn't know anything about the beach club or how to get a taxi/uber, but the security guards had all the answers and go out of their way to be sure you have what you need. Booking and check-in and out were easy. Maid service mid stay was nice where they cooked us a delicious breakfast. We also found on our last day that there is a gravel pathway directly across the street that brings you right down to the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. We didn't want to leave.

Let me say this I’m very high maintenance and not very easily impressed but I was blown away. I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere where the pictures look exactly like the property. I actually think the property was better. Each room breathtakingly beautiful and different. I couldn’t complain. I had 2 problems while on vacation but the property manager Jenn was right on it. I was really upset when the water went out but her time management on solving the problem was top notch. The other situation was something they are working on. But overall you can’t visit cabo with a group and not stay at lances place. The chef was the absolute best (jenn recommended) Chef Vania ask for her she is so wonderful! She even helped my family pick up our rental car because the property is about 30min away from town but at the bottom of the hill is a lot of convenience stores including Walmart! I brought games and didn’t need to open them because they had every game I packed lol it’s really crazy! This propert knows how to entertain! And last but not the least the freaking pool and jacuzzi is a wonderful way to end ur night or start you day ! I hope to visit with my children before the year is out. Fabulous house - decor- spacious-great views. Would not hesitate to rent again. Know that it is not on the beach but has ocean view.

We honestly loved our stay and the property. It’s a great house and the pool area is perfect for hanging out day and night. The only con is the location. You need to rent a car to get anywhere or pay a daily taxi. It’s secluded... which sounds ideal in theory but if you want to go to the beach, the store, anywhere you have to pay at least $25+ to get out of the community. The art district in San Jose is super cute and the food was excellent at all the little cafes and restaurants. I just wish the property itself was more walkable or at least had a golf cart to use for the gated portion of the community. Seems silly to have to rent a taxi to go to the actual beach club for the premises. Other than that Bianca was excellent and helpful, property was gorgeous, pool was amazing, bathrooms and bedrooms were luxurious and lived up to everything it promised to be online. We made many beautiful memories my daughters will cherish forever. Thank you Lance and Bianca!

Your home was gorgeous! Amazing furnishings and outstanding view. We enjoyed the beach club along with watching fireworks from the hot tub. Your manager, Bianca, was very responsive and terrific in handling all our needs from start to finish. The highlight was mid-week when the maids cooked our breakfast and served it on the patio! Ah ~ comfort! All 8 of us were sad to leave.

My wife and three children recently stayed at Lance's home and had a wonderful experience. Lance was very easy to deal with and Karla and Bianca helped us with everything we needed at the home. The home itself has a great floor plan with a wonderful pool and panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. We were literally able to see whales everyday from the patio even though you are a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the use of the bikes at the home as well as the Beach Club located within the gated community. The marina is only a short distance and we took advantage of this to do a fishing trip which my kid and I thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend this home and all it has to offer as well as the very nice people who made it happen for us.

Have stayed multiple times and each trip has been great. The house, view, location, and ambience keep drawing us back. Staff is wonderful and the breakfasts make the trip. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed for 8 nights. We love your place Lance. A bit of construction noise next door but you can’t stop that. Always quite after 5:30. Beautiful views and great pool area. Dwayne

We enjoyed this home for 8 days over the Xmas / New Years holiday. The is a big beautiful home in a great location. We had a party of 8 stay and it was a absolute joy. Bianca was excellent to deal with and the cleaning ladies made a breakfast that we still talk about regularly. Bianca lined us up a private chef for my wife’s surprise 50th and it was the one of the best meals we have had. There is construction next door but that didn’t bother our holiday. I would love to come back again. Thank You Lance

Beautiful home in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub and the general living area that was open to the outside. We drank coffee & watched whales from the patio! Kitchen had everything you could need to prepare & serve meals, although pans had been used and abused pretty hard and were difficult to cook in. Kitchen knives were dull & useless. Two of us cook for a living so we wanted to prepare a couple of meals while here. We will bring knives next time. It also would have been nice to have coffee provided as there was a coffee maker & sugar. Not a big deal but was a little surprised that they went above & beyond with some things but didn’t have coffee or a few bottles of water. Again, not a deal breaker or anything, just things that we are used to having at luxury properties. They provided fluffy Restoration Hardware pool & bath towels. Bed linens were soft and the perfect weight. Bathrooms had everything from shampoo, conditioner and body wash to makeup wipes, q-tips& hairdryers. It was in the low 80’s but AC worked well throughout the house. We asked for snacks one afternoon and the cleaning ladies made wonderful food (we paid a bit extra but it was a really lovely perk). The only downside I would see over the next few months is new construction right next door. We didn’t have to deal with much being here over the Christmas holiday though. Bianca communicated with us well throughout our stay and would have done anything possible to ensure that we had what we needed. We’ll be back the same week next year and are already excited. I am tempted to get a little Christmas tree at Walmart next year so that we have a little place to put presents. Thank you for a wonderful short holiday stay in your lovely home! See you next year.
