Amazing modern property with jaw dropping views. So much better than a 5 star hotel with the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. The beach, the fireworks, the views, the convenient/quiet location--relaxing escape!

Property Manager Paul is a great guy and very hospitable. This property will be on top of my list for future visits to Oahu / Waikiki area. Only issue we experienced were elevators. During our stay (mid-August) - one set of elevators was functioning, which posed challenges during peak hours in the key summer months. May not be an issue during non-peak travel times.

My wife and I have been fortunate to have stayed at places all over the world in both hotels and short term rentals. The unit was best view we have ever had and the layout, furniture, kitchen, etc. were all top notch. When you are sitting in the unit it almost feels like you are on a cruise ship as you can see water all around you. I don't really like writing such nice things about the unit as it makes me afraid that it will become too hard to book it in the future as we are extremely likely to return. It is probably most ideal for two adults or two adults and a couple of children. Depending on the amount of privacy you want, four adults might not be that comfortable as one of the bedrooms is separated from the living room by a sliding wall that is not very sound proof. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Pros: Wonderful location, very light and spacious. Great kitchen amenities. Paul was incredibly responsive to our questions. The only questions/concerns we raised were with the parking space (We rented a van and the parking space -like many parking garages in Oahu- was incredibly tight). There is only one elevator operating- which WAS disclosed Prior to renting-- so we took the stairs (7 floors) quite a bit. We loved the location, view, amenities of the condo and would definitely return.

This property is as advertised and then some and I can't say enough about the views and location. Will never forget the moment I first stepped-in and marveled at the panoramic view from the harbor all around to Diamond Head.. Spoil yourself and stay here. Paul was great as the on-site property representative.

Great host, all essentials were provided. Thank you for making our visit memorable! Only complaint would be the building’s lobby is under rehab and the entire building has to use one small elevator which during busy times you could be waiting awhile for it to come.

Exactly as pictured. Absolutely fabulous views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from every giant window and gorgeous deck. Upgraded, high end everything inside from the appliances to the beds and the toilets. Just perfect. We just wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!!

Beds were super hard which was a problem. Neighbors upstairs had a really loud party. Other than that the house was amazing.

We travelled with 3 adult children and a teen. The original plan was to get separate lodging and just gather at different times on the island. I was hesitant to spend the extra money on a condo for all of us when I expected to be outside most of the time adventuring. We were all concerned about privacy and being kept awake by snoring. I’m so glad I took the leap! The pictures just don’t do it justice. Honestly, it was hard to leave the condo each time! The sunsets are breathtaking. We saw turtles and rainbows from the balcony daily. Opening the walls nightly was wonderful! The layout afforded great privacy for the couples. We were able to cook meals at the condo. All common cook wear was available. I loved being able to do laundry daily. The showers were wonderful and we all always had hot water. Beach amenities like chairs, umbrellas, boards and floating devices were appreciated as we travelled to several beaches. We rented a minivan since there were six travelers. Parking was tight, but that was more about my skill than the space. Access to the condo was easy with shopping and food just downstairs and within walking distance. If I was going to change anything, it would be to have more fobs for the elevator. With two couples and two individuals, we always had to have someone available, so coordinating between us wasn’t always great and our son was locked out for several hours one day while we were on the North shore. I can’t recommend this place enough! We will do this again!

The space is gorgeous with two beautiful bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, and a huge open concept living room/ kitchen/ dining space. The view is really unbeatable and the windows/ doors are really set up to maximize it. We had the best view of sunsets every night and an amazing view of the Friday fireworks that the Hilton sponsors. The fridge was perfect for our kids' milk as well as leftovers and the microwave was super helpful for warming up the kids' milk at night. The kids loved the acai bowls and ice cream downstairs and of course, the direct beach access was great as well.The day we arrived was a little overwhelming because there was a lot of information (i.e. here is how to open/ close your unit, here are the elevator access points, storage unit, etc.) but that just goes to show how much this place has to offer! Other than taking a few tries to understand the light switches, everything else was pretty seamless. We can't wait to return to Oahu and stay here again!

Beautiful property and great experience!

Very clean, well put together and nicely renovated. Everything was very comfortable and higher end. Do Not plan on preparing meals here, There really is no room for groceries or any sort of accompaniments (salt, pepper, oil etc.). But the area and Views totally make up for it. We will stay again the next time we come to Waikiki!!

The choices made for the renovation are high end and modern. The views are spectacular from Diamond Head 180 degrees to the West with ocean views, then there’s a park with lots of trees right next door. There’s also some city views off to the side and in the distance, so at night it can be quite pretty. You can hear the waves at night. It was such a treat and we are spoiled now. Having a car in the basement parking garage was also a total luxury in downtown Waikiki. The Waikiki shore building is just OK, but it doesn’t really matter. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Waikiki again.We did have a trivial wish list, though we’d still come back regardless:*luggage racks in bedrooms *hooks for towels/robes by the shower*move items above refrigerator to box in storage so there’s room for guests to store food
