Elias was great. The listing said oceanfront and that really isn't true. You can see it from the upstairs roof. only. There are really only 2 private bedrooms. There are 2 beds in the living room and 2 rooms with beds that don't have a wall that goes to the ceiling between them and barn type doors that do not completely close the rooms. No privacy. Thank goodness that two of our party couldn't come as sleeping for all would have been difficult.There was a problem with the hot water heater but Elias took care of that.

Isla is always awesome! Eliaz the property manager gets a 10! Beds are comfortable enough and the AC works perfect! There was almost no hot water for showers however. That was a big deal.

Had a great stay at the Tree House. Elias was always helpful and did a great job of taking care of the house and us. Just for clarification the one bedroom is in the main living area. Great for kids but wouldn’t want a family staying in the area. Pool was great, kitchen works good. Had a slight confusion with the owner upon check out but I believe that was sorted out without problem. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the island.

The Treehouse was a wonderful place to stay. Our whole group loved the place. The pool was great for kids. A little cold for the adults. We had an issue with the water but Elias was very helpful and answered all our questions.

The house was fantastic, quirky but nice for a group. Communication from Elias was great and immediate. He was super helpful. The water did not always run hot or it was scalding then cold. Would not use the hosts recommendations for the whale excursion, not the best for the cost.

I stayed here with 7 other girls for my bachelorette party. Elias, the house host, was absolutely amazing. He met us after we got off the ferry and coordinated transportation (including golf carts) and a taxi for our luggage. He also did the grocery shopping for us and had it all ready at the house when we got there. The house was amazing; very clean with strong a/c. The private pool was a great size and temperature. The house offers three different enclosures so some people could go to bed/rest while others stayed up. The Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with easy access to the beach, restaurants and snorkeling. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Tree House! It’s a beautiful property and Eliaz was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the peacefulness, gorgeous greenery, and of course the shade! We highly recommend this property on beautiful Isla Mujeres.

Elias was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good trip. The house was laid out well for two families to each have our own spaces. Since we each had young children we didn’t use the guest house but moved the mattresses into the master which worked great. The pool was awesome for the kids (ranging in age 3-6) and the outdoor spaces were enjoyable. The only thing I will note for other guests is that the kitchen is outside - it’s under the master so it’s shielded from any rain - but it will be warm in July. We didn’t have any issues with lizards or bugs/spiders/mosquitos (there were some, of course, but we wore bug spray and they didn’t bother us.) We would definitely stay here again!

The Treehouse was perfect! Our entire family loved the house, all 9 of us! Love the fact it was on the South end of the Island and was very peaceful but easy to get to all the action on the North End. The Pool was really nice to have as well. Elias was awesome and answered every question we had or request needed! Id definitely stay at the Treehouse again!

We had a group of 8 friends and we were all blown away by the property- the pictures don't do it justice! It was perfect for us. Eliaz, the property manager, was incredibly kind and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was great. Thanks for everything, I hope to be back someday!

Let me first say the outdoor space on this property is phenomenal!! We loved it!! It was great for the younger members of our party, but not comfortable for our elders. The pool is beautiful, but please note there are no steps going into the pool so my parents were unable to enjoy it with us. The living space outside is good. We suggest adding comfortable seating verses the day beds (they just aren't comfortable to actually sit on). We did not realize there was not an indoor living space that we could all comfortably sit in out of the heat. Also we did not realize the kitchen was outdoors also. We love cooking breakfast, but were not comfortable using a kitchen space that was also open to bugs, lizards etc. But I will add this was the best stocked kitchen even if we did not use it to its fullest. Be careful on the deck. There are several uneven places so this is not a friendly property for anyone elderly that has mobility issues. Both my parents tripped and fell on the property (fortunately only bruised). The hammocks were great for the young adults. The treehouse was a great bedroom for one couple. They loved it. My husband and I slept in the "daybed" front room. You need to advertise that the property does sleep 11, but the Queen bed and the bunks, although in separate areas, are not private. My two boys loved the guest house. The mini fridge in it was not operational. All in all the property grew on us the week we were there and we would book it again mostly due to Elias. Elias was amazing and very attentive!! He tended to our every need.

While a 10-minute drive from the main drag of Playa Norte, this home provides a sanctuary away from the hectic streets of town. This home is perfect for any family. Well-kept and cared for - the home was very comfortable and warm.
