Property was immaculate. Check in and out very easy. Great location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication. Very happy with our stay.

The property and location was perfect for our little family!

Apartment is just as listed. Beautifully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Host was responsive to our messages. The walk to the beach is super short. One of the best part is that there is a traffic light so we felt comfortable crossing the street and the beach access was right there. That section of the beach was not crowded and there is beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. The costs depends on the time of day. Very close to a lot of restaurants. John pass was also close and fun to go and spend the day. Definitely would stay again!

Room #1 was very clean and the modern updates were nicely done. The beach chairs in the closet were a surprise since we flew in Walking to the beach was a hassle. We did drive and paid to park since there wasn’t a wagon to haul our cooler and items. Parking spot for room #1 is very tight parking and backing out for a large SUV with the stairs. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Came down for the long memorial day weekend with our kids, such a short walk to the beach, the beds were very comfy. Super clean! Would recommend to anyone with kids or not. We had a great time and in a great location.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 daughters( 3 years old and 8 months). It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and extremely clean! The owner provided a pack and play which was great for my 8 month old! The home was very well taken care of! The beach is a short walk! I would definitely stay here again!

Location is great just a short walk to the absolutely gorgeous beach. I highly recommend and the beach was a great secluded spot. The only critique and this isn’t even the owners fault- is just no outdoor space like patio to sit out on. But honestly the condo itself is so comfy and it’s so close to the beach you don’t necessarily need it. Would stay again!

The property was exactly as shown; a clean, bright, and updated unit with coastal vibes. Also, reasonably priced! It was an easy and quick walk to the beach, even while dreadfully carrying a bunch of beach stuff for the kids. 🙃 Publix is right down the road, along with many restaurants and bars. John’s Pass Village is a short drive north. Avoid Caddy’s. Smuggler’s Cove was fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the Clearwater Aquarium. It was fascinating and a great learning experience for us all. We loved the location, just a block from a beautiful, uncrowded part of the beach. Furniture was all very comfortable, showers were excellent, everything felt very new.

this cute condo was perfect. the unit is decorated just as pictured. it was plenty big enough for my 4 sisters and adult daughter. the owners were prompt with every question and request. the beautiful beach was 1 block away. We would differently recommend this condo and stay there again.

We rented the unit for a week during January 2022 (4 adults and 1 infant). Upon arrival it wasn't much to look at (looks like an old motel turned into rentals) but I was hopeful for the inside. Upon entry we were very pleased, while small, it was very clean and updated to our liking. My husband and I both had a work function for 3 days during the week, so the small space wasn't a big deal for us. After getting settled we walked around and found the beach access literally a block away! It was perfect. The only annoyance we had was with the kitchen faucet water pressure (drips out due to calcium build up). When i emailed the host on 1/11 she said she would get back to me and let me know when to expect someone. Then the next day, some guy just arrives and said he was there to fix the sink. He also told us to stay away because he "wasnt feeling good"! Long story short he said he needed to replace the faucet but would need a day or so. This was on day three, and after that, he never came back. The host finally messaged me on our last full day (1/15) and asked if it was fixed, to which i replied "no he never came back." She apologized and asked if we were okay with someone coming on Monday (we were to checkout by Sunday morning). So overall nice and clean. Would stay there again with maybe 3 adults max. Suggestion is for the host to improve communication with guests and get a more reliable and professional handyman, if they are interacting with guests.

It’s a downstairs condo unit so you hear a little bit of footsteps overhead here and there, but it wasn’t bothersome and it’s nothing compared to what you’d hear in a hotel. The blinds did a great job blocking light in the bedrooms, which is a plus that you don’t always get in a rental. I’m originally from the area and would absolutely stay here again!
