Older townhomes but very clean and in an excellent location. It accommodated 3 couples with plenty of room. Maybe needs new carpet in downstairs bedroom but doable and we would definitely stay again. We don’t spend a lot of time in our rooms. For the price we would recommend.

I loved the house… only the entrance it was little difficult to go in

We enjoyed the layout of this place. Lots of natural light and a good bedroom layout for our family of four plus grandma. The washer and dryer were fantastic, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen easy and spacious for meal prep. Also appreciated having beach towels on hand! I would be careful if you have a young child - my toddler found ways to climb up on these overlook type features in the house, fortunately we were supervising closely enough he didn't tumble over! There was also a dresser in the "kids" room he nearly pulled down onto himself. Not a very secure furniture piece, and might consider replacing that with something sturdier or securing it to the wall to prevent an accident. My older son (7) was fine and enjoyed the book and game selection, so I think kids who are a little older would be fine here. The only other downside was the construction on the road that others had mentioned. It took us a while to figure out how to enter/exit safely, but once we figured it out, it wasn't so bad. Other than that, the location is pretty great because you can go one direction for beaches and one direction to get to the city and all its amenities and restaurants. Port A is also a stone's throw away! Thanks for a fun stay!

The home was great for us. Carpets were dirty but just need shampooing. The home was clean but there wasn’t a trash bag in the kitchen and there weren’t any provided so we had to buy them. The knives are all dull so we bought one as well. The ac was set at 79 which is normal but it took all night to cool down. The next morning we looked at the filter and it was filthy. It took quite a bit of force to get it off. Maintenance ended up coming saying the city called saying there was a leak. There wasn’t a leak the ac was running water like crazy from trying to keep cool and being filthy. We showed him the filter which he took and brought us a new one. The dishwasher leaked along with the shower head. One of the ceiling fans blades were wobbling. The upstairs toilet was leaking so bad we put towels down and quit using it. The garage opener didn’t work. We did make the owner aware and everyone we dealt with was very nice. We enjoyed our stay though and the home was big enough for 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby.

This was the perfect place for my child and I to stay at Padre Island. Our first time traveling to this location in Texas, the layout was spacious, and we had everything we needed to relax, play, cook, and rest. We weren't traveling for new home decor, or fancy hotels - we wanted a home that would make us feel welcome - and this was it! Highly recommend.

The location was great but the construction which has been going on for over a year is what makes it difficult to get to the condo. The was condo was a little worn, carpet was stained, the living area was nice but real dusty, they had a grill but worn down to the point of needing to be replaced. Everything else was good, would definitely stay again, hopefully next time the construction will be completed.

The property was clean and our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family of 4 and bonus of being able to park our car in the garage during our stay. The pool is deceivingly small, however the beach is right up the road. The grill worked great and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to these homeowners for a wonderful property! Definitely will recommend for others visiting the Corpus Area.

Loved this comfortable house. Great space, cozy decor (so glad it isn't following the ultra modern trend). Plenty of space for kids & family or a group of adult friends traveling together.

Grandparents this is great, Bring lot’s of family, it rates. TV, Games, and kitchen appliances And BBQ grill to cut finances So much room in kitchen and den Master bedroom and 1 and ½ baths is a win Supermarket close by Or great restaurants, oh my Comfort and Wonderful decor Then there is a second floor Top of the stairs is a small den With TV and futons for the kids to send Walk through to 2 bedrooms Washer, dryer and a large bathroom Several great beaches, very short drive Make memories you will thrive.

The house was great, the owners went above and beyond providing things like dish soap, and laundry detergent. The house was nice very clean when we arrived also. The only thing I wished I had known before was the parking lot is tiny. We drove two full sized trucks and brought a boat. We wound up parking the boat offsite because there was no room. We were able to park our trucks, but it was very cramped. One truck and a regular vehicle would be no problem.

The home was nice spacious definately room for 10 people. My only problem was there was roaches in the kitchen. I called about the situation they were professional about it they had pest control come out and spray but we still had the problem with Ross roaches the whole Time staying there it says walking distance to shops but really there is no sidewalk to walk on and there`s construction all around there and i didn`t see a water park near there like it says but it is near a beautiful beach. This home was beautiful honestly, especially after getting my condo canceled literally the day before my trip.. TWICE. They were able to accommodate me at the last minute. The location of the home is good, right now there is construction going on around the home so it’s very noisy, especially in the backyard. The big machines made the whole house shake, we thought there was a earthquake happening! But the extra guest running around the kitchen was gross, there was roaches in the toaster, coffee makers, cabinets, it was disgusting! Only reason my family tolerated it is cause of what happened with the other 2 condos that needed, “maintenance” at the last minute. Overall the property met our needs; access to a pool, enough beds, nice size living room. However downsides were construction and overgrown back patio view, parking lot small and could be difficult to get in and out of, and general condition of home was older and needs some upkeep. This house was spacious enough to comfortably sleep our party of 9. The loft upstairs is great because their are 2 futon beds and a television and our teens loved it. The living area is as pictured and spacious and we enjoyed the layout of the house in general. The house is conveniently located to the beaches and dining. The house does need some general upkeep. There were bulbs out in lamps and in the master bathroom. One of the futons has a broken leg that needs to be addressed. There needs to be a good cleaning under couch cushions, under the futons, and along base boards. We found left over food, dirt, and debris around the house in all rooms. There was even trash in the master bathroom that had not been emptied. There was no cleaner available for the counter tops, soap for cleaning dishes, or dishwasher pods so bring those. If you have more than 2 cars I would not recommend this location. While you have a garage to park in, there are only 8 outside parking spots available and no street parking. This didn’t affect us at this time, but just an FYI. Overall if the house had been cleaner and stocked better I would have liked it much more. We had 8 in our party and felt very comfortable! The community is so friendly and the pool was nice to go back to after the beach! Its across from the beach access road so it was perfect!
