Exactly what we were looking for, perfect location. Steps away from beach. Owners were very easy to reach anytime I had questions, check in/out was a breeze. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. 4th floor and steps away from elevator which we never had to wait on even in busy season. Can’t wait to stay again.

The condo was clean and well stocked kitchen. Loved the beach umbrella and the two chairs available to use on the beach. Really easy communication with the owner. We love everything about this property and thinking of returning next summer.

The bunk beds are great for the kids and with 2 bathrooms you still have comfortable privacy. Adorably decorated with kid friendly furniture. Wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this unit! Well stocked and thoughtful placement of hooks and towels racks. Owners were super easy to deal with and booking was so smooth. Feels like a home away from home!

The unit was just as it appeared in VRBO. It was beautifully decorated. Everything worked great! We had comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with high top chairs! We enjoyed our stay there!!🥰

Miravilla was wonderful
We had one of the best vacations ever! The location was perfect, we had the perfect amount of room in the condo, perfect views, had pretty much everything we needed in the condo (other than the food and laundry stuff). Nice, quite, well maintained condo complex. I highly recommend booking this condo!! We will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed at Maravilla before and loved the complex and location, it’s become our go to for pet friendly trips to the area.The unit was exactly as described. I was impressed with the cleanliness when we arrived. The view is perfect, the furniture is comfortable (especially the king bed), and it appeared to have everything you could need during a week long stay (I didn’t do any cooking this trip but kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need). I’ll certainly keep this unit on my favorites list for any future trips. Thank you for making this a great trip for us by having the perfect place to stay! :)

Great condo!
My husband and I had a great vacation. We took our 2 small dogs with us also. The condo was clean and cozy. From the balcony was a spectular view of the beach and ocean. This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. Karen was great to communicate with. Will be back again!

Fall Break Beach Trip
This is an excellent location for beach access as well as being close to restaurants and shops on the Scenic Highway. Beach service is excellent, condo is spacious with a well stocked kitchen and great views of the gulf. The pet policy is wonderful if you're bringing a furry friend as the dog area is large and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Did not want to leave
We had a wonderful time, accomodations were exceptional and inviting. close to all restaurants and beach access judt across the road. particularly liked the private beach for my kids and wife. Felt secured for them to go down without me as i watched from balcony. we will be coming back for sure.

A week in Destin
This was a perfect fit for our family of five. The master has its own bathroom. The girls stayed in the bunks or the pullout couch, depending on the day. The room is right next to the bunk beds which we didn’t mind much , but the girls wanted more distance. There are plenty of conveniences : kitchen essentials to make meals, washer and dryer in the unit , a few laundry pods , trash bags and dish soap, hand soap and disinfectant spray. We really enjoyed being poolside and beach facing. The walk down to the beach was very easy (even with all of our stuff) it was really nice that the owner has reserved chairs and an umbrella. I recommend reserving one earlier in the day, during busy season. There are some stores close by (cvs, Winn Dixie etc) , that are more drive-able than walkable. We honestly had a really great time at this property , the location is perfect and we all agreed that we would stay here again in the future.
