Turnkey is the worst management company. We can’t believe you associate your business with them. The house and area were beautiful. The house did have some ants and spiders and when asked to come spray multiple times, and turnkey kept saying they would “reach our to the local team,” we heard nothing. We just accepted the ants crawling all over the kitchen and bedrooms bc there was nothing else we could do. We also had problems with the key code and had to wait for 30 minutes before we could get in the house. None of the codes worked. We had to text turnkey 8 times while we were here for them to finally give us a new code. And they are not easy to reach. All automated responses. The one complaint about the house is that the master bedroom has no blinds or shade on a skylight. So no need to go watch the sunrise bc it’s right in the room shining down on you. No sleeping in here! We do love the cape and will come back but NEVER will we rent a house associated with Turn Key. 100% disappointment.

Such a perfect location. 1.5 miles from Nauset Beach- the waves were incredible for the kids! The house fit 9 and an infant easily, everyone with their own room. House was super clean upon arrival. They thought of everything: beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, games. The only issue we had was the hot water heater- it kept turning off, leaving us with ice cold showers. Turnkey was super responsive when I reached out regarding the cold showers but I had to personally fix it: go to basement and restart it, wait an hour, retry it. Thankfully I had my husband to help me. We were on vacation so it was a little annoying to have to hang around to keep trying the water. But it did eventually work. However, it happened to us twice during a 4 night stay. We would stay here again! Great location, right next to Wellfleet drive in, Nauset Beach and a little place with ice cream and mini golf. So close to PTown, which enjoyed twice while down there. With Covid, the house was extremely clean, no personal interaction required upon arrival and with masks venturing the Cape was okay to do.

This is a true gem of a beach house but without the feel of a beach house. Very spacious rooms, Well equipped kitchen, incredible outdoor deck, very charming sitting room off the deck. House was immaculate. Location couldn’t have been better, so near many local beaches. Would definitely rent this property again in a heartbeat.

We found the house very clean. Liked having sheets and towels provided. Great outdoor shower and deck.

It took almost 3 hours to gain access to the house and multiple phone calls with Turnkey support. In the end, the local team who came by found the issue, was able to give us temporary access, and permanently fixed the issue the next day. Once we got in, though, the house was a great location for my group. Having 5 separate bedrooms worked out perfectly, too. We spent most of the weekend outside of the house, at the Beachcomber, downtown Wellfleet, and in Provincetown, but always appreciated coming back to the house afterwards.

We loved everything about our stay! They thought of everything you might need. Boogie boards chairs cooler for the beach. Very clean and well maintained! Would love to stay again.

The accommodations were clean, cozy and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the large table for dining, the living room for late night games and the OUTDOOR SHOWER (my favorite part). The house had everything we needed for a fully equipped visit to the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas, racket ball). When I was up early with my infant in the mornings we were close enough to walk to the beach to see the sunset in the morning. We were a quick drive into town for a number of delicious places to eat and other beaches. We loved first encounter beach which was on the bay side as well. Overall a perfect stay! We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The kitchen is big for everyone to seat at the table. The house is about a mile away from nauset light beach. What I didn't like is the water pressure of the shower especially the one downstairs, very weak pressure. The second thing I didn't like is the check out time. They told us to leave at 10 am. With a bunch of kids to feed and dress leaving at 10 am was very inconvenient.

This home seems to be newly renovated. Very clean and organized. It felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly think of wanting for a summer vacation they have already thought of. Down to the beach chair, umbrellas, cards, etc. We would definitely rent this one again!

This house was great for a stay with friends and kids. Plenty of rooms and extra living space. Every amenity you need, to include linens, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, grill... and even Netflix, so I could continue to binge watch my shows before bed. The boys also loved the ping pong table and the outdoor shower. Great location, right in between bay beaches, ocean side beaches and stores on Route 6. I used to spend every summer at the Cape, but hadn't been back in ten years. It won't be another ten years before we return. Thank you for opening up your house and allowing us to make more great memories!

The house was even better than in the pictures. It had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the outdoor shower. The house also came equipped with beach chairs and beach umbrellas which was nice. We would definitely rent again!
