We loved our stay so much. It was perfect for our family of 4. We have family that lives in Tawas so our favorite part was how close we were to our other family. We would stay here again!

A clean, well appointed property. Fire pit was a plus! Less than a mile from town and lake. Plenty to do nearby.

After years of staying in hotels when visiting Tawas, we decided to try something new. This house was a great find for our weekend. There were 3 of us, which gave us all our own room for privacy, plenty of shared space and the added bonus of several bathrooms. We felt right at home when we walked thru the door. The house had everything we needed to make a couple of meals and entertain ourselves when we weren't in town. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

Had a great time at East Tawas visiting the lake and family members. House was in a great location and the owners were very communicative and helpful. They provided board games that the kids could play when we weren't out at the lake or with family. There was a firepit out back with a place to sit even though we didn't use it. There was a lot provided that we didn't use just because we were out and about town and at the lake. Would stay again if it's available the next time we are in East Tawas.

We really enjoyed the extra attraction of the daily herd of deer passing the dinning room window as they headed to the backyard.

House was just perfect for the 4 of us. Hiuse had everything we needed. Host were great to work with. Would stay again for sure!

Nicely updated home with comfortable beds and nice linens. We enjoyed family time here and loved the assortment of games and puzzles. Nice, walkable proximity to town for shopping and restaurants.

Perfect home for our family stay for a long holiday weekend. Very comfortable beds, close to everything. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple minor adjustments needed. Will definitely rent again as we vacation there often.

This property was perfect for our group of 3 adults and one small child. We loved the location, a short walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. We had everything we needed as the home is very well equipped. The host was extremely helpful and responded to every question we had very quickly. If we are in East Tawas again, we will definitely stay here.

Super cute place in a quiet location. Great for our group of 6 and Haley and Bryan were always quick to respond to our questions. Location is only a mile from downtown, so we walked on several occasions. We enjoyed the fire pit out back.

This was our second stay at this property. We visit family in the area every year and this home is perfect. It is clean, convenient and a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The property was in a great location, comfortable beautiful, room, and we moved the outdoor fire pit!
We arrived earlier than expected and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating for an early check!

This place was perfect. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and had one other couple with us. We loved it. Perfect distance from downtown on a bike. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do, it was very clean and nicely decorated.. I would highly recommend!

We needed a couple of days to just kick back,found this place at the last min .Was wondering why it was still available because so many weren’t.OH My what an awesome place it was! Location is perfect walking distance to downtown Tawas .Had everything you needed and then some ,neighbors were very nice .and Tawas river was close by fishing was phenomenal..wish there were 6 stars!Will b going back …🤗

Would have liked screens on the windows, a few more pots and pans in the kitchen and the cable/internet on the TV is very hard to "work". We have both and many, many TV sets in two homes. It took me 20 minutes to get the French Open on Championship Sunday...and this was on NBC. We don't care about access to YouTube.
Beds were very comfortable and the heating and cooling as well as the hot water worked well "on-demand".
We would highly recommend this place and stay there again but a few simple "tweaks" would be nice.

We were a group of 5 (two couples and a single), and most everything was as expected. The exceptions are 1) There is no ventilation fan or window in the 1st floor master bathroom and 2) The furnace and on-demand water heater are in a closet within the first floor master suite. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll likely be woken up by the furnace if it turns on and also by the on-demand water heater if anyone in the house uses the hot water during the night. If those types of noises at night don’t bother you, I’d highly recommend this location.

Great location to shops and restaurants. Walking/biking distance to beaches and parks. House was clean and well equipped with kitchen items and basic toiletries. Check-in was super easy. No need to contact the owners, but they were available if needed. Will definitely book again in the future.

The property is about a mile (easy walk or bike ride) from downtown Main Street. The property is also just a short drive to the Iargo Springs, Au Sable Sand Dunes, Lumbermen's Monument and the Tawas Point Light House.
House is very well laid out and has everything you may need for your stay, except for shampoo/conditioner which is not provided. Beds are firm.
Ease of check-in, good communication, cleanliness of the house, and great neighborhood make this property a good place to stay.

Description of home is accurate. Everything we needed was provided. Bryan was always quick to respond. Not as close to downtown as we thought it would be, but still very close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Vacation Rental!
Wife and I stayed 4 nights, spent half the time birding at Tawas Point State Park and checked out Tuttle Marsh. Other half we spent walking the neighborhood and walking around and shopping/dining in downtown East Tawas.
Loved the location, cleanliness, ease of check in, excellent communication with the owners! We’d love to stay at this rental next time we plan to come to East Tawas.

This was a perfect hideaway to enjoy time together. The kitchen had many pots, pans, utensils, silverware, dishes for all of our cooking needs. There was plenty of space for all indoor activities. The house was very clean and welcoming upon arrival.
