A little on the dirty side, not filthy, but not sparkling clean. Toilet bowls had not been scrubbed, but there was a sanitized paper across seat?? Pool wasn’t super clean, and I had to clean the gas grill, it was pretty rough. Overall the house was a little “lived in”. Location to beach was outstanding. 2-3 minute walk. We literally had the beach to our selves. Fenced in yard perfect for our little dog. Downstairs great for kids/multi families. 1 mile to grocery store. Plethora of terrific restaurants 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

This is a great house. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. Easy walk. The beach was wide and not crowded, just watch for the areas with rocks. The house was so well set up we didn’t need a thing. We cooked most evenings and the kitchen had everything we needed. They supplied so many linens. It was amazing. And the umbrella in the pool was….the stuff that makes a vacation. We would 100% stay here again.

The home was a lovely place to refresh and regroup! Such a beautiful pool to relax in. We have never rented a vacation location that the management responded so quickly and kindly to any concerns we had! That was pretty astounding. If this is any indication of all Vacasa rentals, we would use them again in a heartbeat. We were treated as honored guests! Thank you!

The home was very well stocked with towels, cooking accessories, beach chairs and extras. The pool was very clean and large enough to accommodate 7 adults with ease. The arcade games kept the college kids busy for hours during the rain or late evenings. The appliances all seemed very new and the 2 refrigerators was great to have sufficient room for food and drinks. It is a little but if a walk to get to the beach however the parking areas which are close by made it easy to just unload each day rather than drag things to the beach. The neighborhood is a bit mixed between new and old homes, some looking in need of some attention. But it is a growing area. Restaurants close by and grocery store 5 minutes away made everything close by. Everyone had a great time.

When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned and laundry was everywhere. This was a miscommunication with housekeeping apparently and Karen came to the house quickly and made up the beds and scheduled a housekeeper for Sunday. It was handled very professionally. We loved the house and it is stocked with fabulous kitchen items, towels, bikes, and beach items. The stairs are a challenge if you have anyone elderly or disabled. The kids love the bunks and the arcade games. Pool and yard weren’t done the week we were there. Lots of sand in the pool but since I had 4 grandkids with me, I didn’t bother to call. They came the day before we left. I would stay again as the area and beach walk were great.

Great house and location. We had a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids ages 7-11 there was plenty of room for everyone and everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool.

Property and location were very nice. Beach access was perfect. Need to have cleaning crew pay attention to details (freezer had a major ice buildup in the bottom, kitchen sink disposal was not functioning and sink backed up, ceiling fans were covered in dust). Management did respond quickly to these issues. Overall, we had a very good experience. Thank you.

The stay was very enjoyable. My entire family was happy with the home. 2 things to bring to your attention: 1. The upper deck railing appears to be unstable. It would move 1 foot in either direction. Very scary. 2. The pool was too cold to use. Need a heater.

Note that this is managed by turnkey ! They respond to messages , but did not get a single concern answered. Location was amazing . Property was clean and we had a good time . Issues was us that the yard lighting did not come on till way after dark and pool lighting came on for 2hrd 9-11 pm . We called about this and no answer. But did not mess up the trip to much. Over all I call it a successful trip and there is a convenience store and a Publix grocery store very close .

We loved everything about our stay! House was clean, pool and yard were perfect, house has tons of room and a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets and pillows, and the arcade games were a fun bonus. The beach was wonderful and we loved being so close to the ocean and the bike trails.

Unfortunately our problems with Turn Key started from day one. House keepers were still there when we arrived at 5:00, the pool was filthy and had garbage floating in it, the ice machine blinds and downstairs sink were all broken. Turn was made aware of the problems and the sink was fixed quickly. No one came to clean the pool for a week and we spend most of the time cleaning it ourselves. My husband went and bought ice and the blinds were never fixed. We called Turn Key several times and there response was "well that doesn't sound right I will see what I can do" Nothing was ever done.

The house was well stocked and cleaned. The only problem was the pool was ice cold the entire stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay...we had 2 families with teenagers. Opted to have the kid zone downstairs with the games , living room, bathroom and bunk room. Adults took the upstairs bedrooms (also 2 separate bathrooms) where the kitchen and another living room and access to the wrap around porch. Pool and covered outdoor area were nice. Water was a little cool because of the weather (rainy and cold 1/2 our stay). Front door lock is a bit finicky. We had to get a new code halfway thru because it stopped working, but that was quickly addressed by the property manager (texted a new code right away). Wouldn’t recommend swimming at the beach near the house (rough waters, large rocks in the water, lots of jellyfish), but we enjoyed walking on the beach and nearby trails. Close restaurants we enjoyed included JTs and Captain’s BBQ. Unfortunately no good coffee shops nearby. Opted to drive to St Augustine to get it at Kookaburra instead, which was consistently great (hot aussie and honey badger were fantastic)...lots of Publix and ABC liquors a short ride away...

When we got to the house my cousin flushed the toilet and it overflowed all over the entire bathroom floor. The toilet was not attached at the bottom to the floor. I had to soak up urine and feces floor and clean the entire bathroom. The plumber came out asap and fixed it. The fire pit upstairs on the deck had no propane so couldn't use it. They said they would send someone out and never did. The remote to work to pool and the jets didn't work after being on the phone with the company trying to figure it out and changing batteries etc. We had to use the main panel. Ans then found out the next day that the remote was broke the entire time and noone told us. I spent the entire first night dealing with problems and the pool never really worked. And asked for one nights refund and only got half of a nights refund. I literally cleaned up toilet remnants and had to clean an entire bathroom that was covered in water sopping with urine and feces and they wouldn't give me a full nights refund. Pretty disappointing.

Second stay at this property. Great location and house. Not as clean as it was the first time. Bike tires were flat. Requested a pump on the second day and received on our last day. Towels dirty, animal hair everywhere, and pool remote never worked. The worst thing is no one bothered to follow-up to help out until we reached out to VRBO. As we were packing our car to leave the local TurnKey care team was waiting in their cars, waiting for us to leave. Check out was 10 am and we literally pulled out of the driveway at 10am. Second and last time.

Great location in a remote and quite area. Close to a grocery store and close to the beach. A perfect home for a family who just want to enjoy a beach vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was well equipped with everything - kitchen, bath towels, linens, beach towels, bikes - we used it all. The pool was clean and well maintained and we were literally a 3 minute walk from the beach. This home was clean and well maintained! We hope to be back again!

This was the perfect place for our family of different ages. The beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and with easy access. We will be back again.
