We brought a former Italian exchange student and her sister to Cedar Point and found this gem! Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Comfy beds and furniture. We loved the lake-themed decor! Excellent communication from our host. Everything we needed for our brief stay. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, charming home. Great location - my children loved the close proximity to Cedar Point and my husband loved being able to keep his boat on site. The hostess, Jenni, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Neighbors are friendly as well. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!!

We loved staying at the Catalina Boat house! The host was fabulous and even texted to wish my husband luck at his race! The location was perfect for going to downtown Sandusky each day. If you need restaurant recommendations, your host Jennifer is ready with wonderful ones. We ate at several and they were all great. We would totally stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect location to travel to and from Cedar Point (5min). We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Park (7 min drive) and this location was great. House was super clean, well stocked, and had nice fresh towels on each bed waiting for us. Owner was super responsive and even gave us a heads up text that there was traffic accident on our way in and gave us an alternate route. 5 stars. ;)

Needed a place to stay for one night. Finding this place last minute to house quite a few people was luck! Although only one night, everything about it was immaculate!

Location, location, location…
Super easy booking. Check-in/check -out was simple and without incident. The property was attractive, cozy and clean. One minor issue with one of the bathrooms was quickly resolved by the property manager Jennifer. The location was excellent for getting to Cedar Point and other area excursions. Would happily book again!

Easy to find & very clean. Looks small but is pretty spacious inside. Almost impossible to find anything closer to Cedar Point except for the onsite hotels.

Great getaway - best of both worlds
Very unique place with covered dock that’s part of house right on the water. It was convenient to Cedar Point and marina next door was great for boat refueling. Close to downtown Sandusky and a nice boat ride around the bay and nearby islands. Dock fit our 25’ tritoon comfortbaly. Such a great weeekend with this house as our home base. Great communication with Jen our prop manager too.

Lake Erie Fishing Family Vacation
This boat house was decorated very nice and had a great kitchen for preparing our own meals! We especially liked having the boat well to keep our fishing boat at the house. We caught a ton of fish in Lake Erie! The property managers quickly responded to any questions. I highly recommend this property for fishing or Cedar Point vacation. The neighborhood was very friendly!! We will be back!

4th of July Weekend
Great weekend getaway and very cool to have your own private boat port garage. Good size for family of 6. Comfortable and relaxing with friendly neighbors. Only comment would be to clean up the boat port and put in some lower garage netting to prevent birds from staying in the garage. Every day required boat cleaning from bird droppings.

Beautiful and relaxing boat house near Cedar Point
My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much. The place is very clean, with everything you need along with a full kitchen. Communication with the hosts is quick and easy, and they make you feel very welcomed. It has proximity to Cedar Point and access to all kinds of Lake Erie activities. I will definitely stay here again over the summer, it’s the perfect location. Thanks again!
