Enjoyed it very much. Would have liked a few more towels and wash cloths and a TV in the bedroom but other than that it was great.

This condo is extremely comfortable; it's roomy with a gorgeous view of the river and surrounding foliage. I felt like I was nestled in a tree house. It provides covered parking and the unit is well-appointed. The owner was easily accessible and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The perfect location too! We walked everywhere as we were basically in the middle of town. The deck was lovely to sit at in the morning with some coffee & chai & nice in the evening with a beer & wine. The town boasts numerous eateries, all of which we visited, were delicious! The only drawback was so many of the people tubing stopped & parked themselves right at our location and hung out there for a long period of time. Thankfully, we only witnessed that once or twice as the rest of the time we were out and about. Such a cute town with some great history. I would love to come back here again. Host, Susan, was responsive & very kind.

The location was just perfect! Close to the park and downtown too. Riverview was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Love the location of this unit. It's walking distance to most of Helen, while backed up to the river and peaceful at the same time. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the bed/furnishings are comfortable. Susan was quick to communicate with if you ever need anything. We already booked another year!

everything was wonderful the only thing was when we used the tub there was little black things shooting out from the jets not sure what it was so we did not use it anymore

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The unit was clean, supplied with everything you would need, and in a great location. It was relaxing to sit on the deck overlooking the water, and so many things were within walking distance.

Nicely located walking distance to several establishments. Very clean. Has a regular coffee maker so don't bring your k-cups...bring ground coffee. Won't need filters.

This property and our experience was just perfect! Being right on the river was so relaxing. I spent several hours each day on the deck watching "River TV" (it's the best "streaming" service out there). You could walk to everything in Helen very easily and the town map the owner provided in the information binder was so helpful. It's now a favorite place for my husband and I. We hope to stay again sometime.

We really enjoyed the property and the close proximity to the river and the ability to walk all over Helen without having to drive. The condo was very spacious and nicely furnished. It was a very comfortable place to stay. My wife really liked the fact that you had to have a key to enter the building to get into the condo, she said it made her feel safer.

Very roomy 1 BR, Layout was perfect, view was amazing. Price was right!!! We'll definitely be back!!

Very clean and extremely comfortable condo for the two of us. We have stayed in Helen many times and this condo is by far our favorite. Everything about this unit exceeded our expectations and the added bonus of covered parking worked out perfectly as we arrived in the rain. We will definitely be back!

My main summary of this location was that I can;t wait to come back. The unit was spotless, comfortable furniture, plenty spacious to be comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, there was nothing we didn;t like. The location was perfect, next to the water and close enough to town we didn;t have to find parking, which is a huge perk.

The condo was very nice and was just the right amount of room for two people to enjoy being in Helen, Ga. If our weekend trips have us going that way again, I'll definitely try to get this place again.

Great little weekend in Helen. The VRBO was in a great location with a good view. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was a great selling point as it made most attractions in downtown Helen a short walk.

Property was great except for elevator being broken down for 3 days and me having to climb stairs with knee & back pain. Also for some reason the attachment for access codes did not come through nor did I have a contact number for the host. So could not access the property upon arrival, I had to call the Hotline for Vrbo to get a hold of host.

We went for our anniversary. Great location, walking distance to everything. Host returned phone calls and very friendly. Enjoyed the fireplace and the deck facing the river! Would like to do a return trip and stay here again! Thanks!

Went for a short weekend stay. Was a little challenging to get into the place but once we found the lockbox we were good to go. Place was clean. Fireplace was cozy. Kitchen was great. Bed was soft and comfortable. Deck was great with a view of the Chat. river. Walk to everything. Its perfect for a couples weekend getaway.

The property was very clean and was in a quiet location but within walking distance to everything in town. Loved the back deck and the view of the river. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fire class was a bonus for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay again!!

This is an amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and in the perfect location. The views are beautiful. Our host was friendly and informative. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was as described. In town with a beautiful view of the creek behind you. I was a little surprised that the woods behind the condo had a road on it. I thought it was just the forest. The bed was comfortable, and we were able to sleep. When I did have a question, the owners responded right away. My biggest problem was that I wasn’t able to snuggle my partner while we relaxed at home watching tv. The couch is separated in the middle and there is no tv in the bedroom. While that may sound like an insignificant thing to some, we still very much like each other and felt kept apart. The shower head had terrible pressure and leaked constantly. For $100, this experience could change for the better to everyone who stayed there. These are minor things that I'm sure wouldn't bother most people. All in all, the condo was close to town and very clean. We appreciated the service elevator, so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs. It was so nice to have a whole condo versus just a hotel room. Thank you for letting us stay there. My birthday was very enjoyable and I would encourage anyone looking to stay in Helen to consider staying at this condo.
