Cute bungalow on a dead end street. Enjoyed the location and the home was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen set up well for meal prep.

We really have no complaints about this property. It was a great home base to explore central LA. It was also great to be able to walk to downtown Culver City. Overall, this was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in Culver City. The location is convenient for visiting different areas of LA. The front yard is very pretty with two big banana trees. Hedges surrounding the cottage and window shades in every room provide nice privacy. The interiors are comfortable with a good-sized kitchen. The single bathroom attached to one of the two bedrooms makes it a little awkward for multiple groups. The bathtub/shower combo with tall sides is a bit challenging to get in and out of, but it’s doable if you hold onto the sink. The cottage makes a very pleasant getaway for one couple, since one bedroom has a bathroom but no usable closet, and the other bedroom has a closet but no easily accessible bathroom. We enjoyed the cottage and found it quite comfortable during our LA visit.

What a sweet home! This was our first VRBO and we loved it. The street is beautiful and safe and the parking was plentiful. Yes, the one bathroom can be a bit of a challenge for 4 adults, but the price point and location make it well worth it.

We enjoyed staying here, charming little house, well stocked, clean, nicely decorated and great location! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to LA area. We went to Vinice beach, Hollywood, Universal and Disneyland, we were centrally located to everything. Easy check in and out process. Quite and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our daily walks to the coffee shop and walking distance to restaurants too. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect, quiet home base for our family vacation and a convenient central location--state parks, museums, and Universal Studios were all within about 40min even with traffic. Nice clean property with a private feel and easy check-in.

We enjoyed our stay here! This rental is in a nice quiet residential area. It was comfortable for 4 adults. We had an issue with the bed and the host had the handyman over within half an hour. It was all good!

We loved our stay! The front yard is a nice place to hang out and the size of the house is good for a short vacation. We absolutely loved the neighborhood most of all! Nice to walk to coffee and then be close to other things in Culver City. My only complaints are that the only bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms and there is only one closet to hang clothes. Besides that, loved it!

Alex's place in Culver City was spotless, which is the most important part of a vacation rental for my wife. We had all the amenities we needed and there was ample street parking. As other reviewers said, the single bathroom is through the front bedroom so if you won't want to put a light sleeper in there. Overall, great location, very clean place, and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Positives lots of hot water, beautiful street, quiet, cotton sheets, clean. Negatives- 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom home the size of a closet, no place to put suitcase or clothes, all windows except 2 in kitchen nailed shut, the bathtub can’t be used as a tub only works as an awkward shower. No on air live tv access.

This is our second stay in as many months. The property is immaculate, comfortable, in a great area and quick communication with the host.

The house was cute and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and watching a resident hummingbird. It was good we were all related as the only bathroom is through the main bedroom.

A tranquil setting and a great location. We loved our stay in Culver City - the front garden gave a great space for the family to relax and the bungalow was well appointed.

I absolutely loved this little home. It’s warm and cozy and I see no reason to stay anywhere else when I come to the Los Angeles area. The home was spic and span and every possible need was addressed nicely. Most importantly, we felt safe in an unfamiliar city. Communication was amazing and check-in was a breeze. Well done!
