Full bathroom attached to each bedroom was great for 3 adult couples. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots/pans for cooking. Faces East so deck was perfect for sunrise coffee and shade in the afternoon. Quiet.

The condo was very nice… It had everything that we needed… And was in a fantastic location very close to the lift…and the pool and hot tub were right outside the door! We were here with a group of family, and this was very convenient for everyone!
Like a couple of other people commented, the couch needs to be replaced… It’s very comfortable, but it’s super old and very saggy. I think two separate couches would actually fit a larger group of people better…it would give more room to walk around the big coffee table, and would also allow more room to open up the dining table so more people could sit around it. There definitely was a lack of seating when we were eating.
The only other comment I would have would be to replace and get more coffee mugs… All except one was chipped and could be dangerous to drink out of. I would also suggest getting a couple of glass wine glasses… There were plastic ones to bring around the pool… But for those of us that don’t really go in the pool, glass would be nice!
I would definitely stay here again in the future (despite the couple of needed upgrades) because of the great location and the room that it gave our family to spread out.

This rental is AMAZING! From the pool and relaxing hot tub to the surprise steam shower in the master suite I couldn’t leave a more positive review. Our family loved the cozy living room for watching movies and the proximity to the mall and gondola were ideal. If you manage to snag this space you won’t regret it!!

Effect location right across from snowmass ski area. The pool is right outside the room. The property was quiet and peaceful. The only improvement I would recommend is to have enough seating for 6 when eating dinner.

This condo is perfect for our family. Location is awesome and the place itself is comfortable, clean and everything you need is there.

The location is awesome, and the place is comfortable. I feel like if we were staying in winter - none of these would have been a concern. There were no parking passes left, so we saw the maintenance guy who was able to help us with that. The outside chairs were really dirty, and do not seem to be wiped off between stays, so we had to clean those in order to sit outside. The ice maker does not work very well. It works, but it makes ice slowly, and you cannot take it right from outside of the fridge like it is designed to do.
The unit does not have any AC, which I know is unnecessary most of the year, but it was hot the week we were there. There are a bunch of fans provided, but less than half the windows have screens on them. A bunch of bugs did come in to the place because of the lack of screens, which was annoying and makes it hard to leave the windows open overnight when the temperatures are cooler to cool down the place.

The place was clean and ready to use. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Front room with TV was perfect and next to the kitchen. The pool was right outside our door. Couldn’t get any better.

Talk about location! This cozy condo was perfectly located for our stay. We were able to walk from the condo and enjoy restaurants, hiking trails, and the bus depot when we decided to venture into Aspen. Cant thank you enough for a great stay

This condo was exactly what my family needed! Excellent location next to the pool and spa, comfy couch fit the whole family for a movie night and you couldn't ask for a better location in Snowmass!

Great location for a group.
The location was perfect for a group with people coming and going at different times. The pool and hot tub were great after skiing.
The living space is a little small for six people, with no dining area or ski storage , but the overall experience was excellent.

Great location! 3 nice size bedrooms, each with its own really nice bath. Everything updated in condo except for some shabby (but comfortable) living space furniture.

Nice clean condo in a great location across from base. We had a few minor issues - broken coffee maker - and the management company responded right away. The only thing they did not provide was soap but we managed. Would recommend!

Perfect location
Clean, fully stocked, free movies, easy check-in and check-out, best location with a quick walk across the street to the slopes, the jacuzzi and pool were clean and heated, and the property manager even shoveled our deck after each snow. We will definitely stay again.

The condo was a beautiful condo and great location. My only criticism is be aware of the additional costs besides the basic price for the condo. We were charged $400 cleaning fee for a 5 night stay, but the cleaning was for AFTER we left. There was no light housekeeping while we were there. If we wanted that, it would have been more, which I did not know until I called during the stay. Also the ski locker was locked and we did not get a key. The smoke detector was beeping when we got there due to a dead battery and we got there late at night so that was annoying too, and the TV remote's batteries were dead, so there was a bit of lack to detail.

solid yet small issues
We had a good stay minus a few things. The WiFi passwords and info were not provided. My girlfriend needed to work on her computer but was forced to go to a local coffee shop for WiFi. The entry code on the front door stopped working halfway through our weekend so we were forced to climb through a window to regain access to the unit. Other than that it was a good experience and I’d come back again.

The condo is literally across the street from Snowmass village. My boys loved hopping on their bikes and being in the gondola quick to hit the trails. Kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool and hot tub are right out the front door and well maintained. Pool is heated. The listing claims no pets allowed but the owner or someone must have a dog. The couch downstairs is covered in dog hair. If you are allergic to animals like me think twice about this rental. I was fine upstairs but had sneezing attacks downstairs. No way I could relax downstairs and I did not even sit on the sofa.

This home is in the perfect spot for traveling with a family. Walkable to Snowmass and the treehouse (for ski lessons), and the home was very cozy.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the it was a very comfortable property. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made for a comfortable vacation for our family. We enjoyed the very clean property with many employees working very hard to keep the place clean. Having so many employees working around the property made us feel safe.

We had a great time and will likely stay here again. Would love to know where the owners are from as we are from South Carolina and noticed the "5 Points" picture in the bedroom plus Carolina Panthers cups in the house.
