Property worked out fine for 3 suites for 4 families. Each had their own privacy but yet we could break bread together. Only thing that was awkward was the back bedroom being the access to the entire house. I would recommend using the front door so each suite can come and go as they please. Nice property. We will use again.

Myself and three more friends came up for a guys golf weekend. We chose to stay near downtown so we could take in some of Fayetteville's best restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance.
The house was extremely spacious for our group of four and everyone appreciated the privacy that the setup allowed. There was also plenty of room for us to get together and enjoy everyone's company.
The host did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The space is wonderful for a group and provides plenty of room to get together and still have privacy. Management company is very easy to work with and the house is beautiful! We hope to return!

There were 5 of us and we each had our own room and bathroom. It was very clean and close to campus.

We had the BEST time! The house was absolutely perfect for our little getaway to watch the Razorbacks play basketball. It was super clean and neat and the location was ideal. We loved having a separate space for each family, but still plenty of living space in each unit to hang out. We will definitely stay again!

My wife and close friends stayed here for a motorcycle trip through Arkansas. Was a great location for walking and the house was pleasant. It is lacking a full kitchen but i was aware of that. Plus there are great restaurants close by to indulge yourselves on! Small issue checking in due to key codes but other than that no issues whatsoever.

The place was just as the pictures described. We loved that we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. While we were here for work and didn't get to spend alot of time in the house. We enjoyed it and that we were able to walk to Dickson street and the shops that were only a couple blocks away. The COOP was adorable and just a few blocks from the house

This property is beautiful and perfect for big families. We all had more than enough room to hang out but also have our own space. The property managers were very communicative and the space is absolutely beautiful! We were able to walk to places and it was a great location!! We would DEFINITELY stay her again!

Our youngest daughter got married in Fayetteville. This home was perfect for our adult kids as spouses so that we could all be together and also have privacy.

Great, walkable location near campus. Property would be ideal for groups that want to stay a same location, but want a little separation. Very clean a nice airy feel in the second floor.

Great stay in Fayetteville!
This property is beautiful and well worth the value. The building itself is broken in to apartment style sections making it great for group business trips. The location of the property is great and walking distance from some great Fayetteville restaurants. The only complaint is that not all of the dishes appeared to have be washed properly before our arrival. Not a major problem, but always nice to walk in to a spotless space. Would definitely stay again.
