Wonderful house in a great small community. Two pools with private beach access makes this place perfect for families and couples. The house is perfectly decorated, new and upgraded kitchen. Comfortable beds. House is on 3 levels, so need the ability to navigate stairs. Great place and already planning on returning soon.

Great location, pretty house
The property is lovely. We had a small issue with the dishwasher but the property managers were responsive and helpful. Be aware that if you try to go to the beach through the property's shared boardwalk during high tide there's not a super clear, dry path (for those who may have some trouble walking a distance) but you can go to the public access boardwalk just a block away. Only 2 things I'd personally change about the house itself is having another king (vs. queen) bed in the property in case you have 2 adult couples visiting like we did, and a bathroom update couldn't hurt. Otherwise lovely.

We loved this location!! Cottage was very nice! We loved the open floor plan with plenty of seating in the family room!! There are beach chairs and beach towels at the cottage. Also there is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip maker. We will be back!!

The house and its furnishings are great. It is well equipped. However, even in mild weather the owner controlled thermostat keeps the house too warm. The house is in a great location and the development is very nice except for the pool(s) and pool area which are disappointing for such an otherwise great place.

We loved our stay at Rebecca Cottage! Everything was perfection! The home has plenty of room and everything one needs to be comfortable. Patrick and his responsiveness was impeccable. We are already planning our family vacation here for next year.

Wonderful and relaxing time!
We had a wonderful time visiting St. Simon's for the first time. Our family found The Rebecca a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage was very cozy and comfy; yet allowed each of us our space to rest and relax. We cannot wait to return again soon!

Rebecca Cottage
We loved the views from the balconies, the amenities and convenience to the ocean. The house was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Our plans changed multiple times because of Hurricane Irma and Patrick was very accommodating. I look forward to visiting again.

Elegant, beautifully appointed home.
Our family loved our stay at The Rebecca. It has a dream kitchen and lovely decor, yet also exudes a comfortable cozy space for a family to truly relax and enjoy their vacation. Highlights include new appliances, recliner chairs galore, and a wonderful antique cooler on the front porch. The view and breeze from the main level balcony were heavenly and our favorite spot for morning coffee. I would highly recommend this home.
