My family recently stayed at the Wander Llama as part of our spring break.
This home is just wonderful; from the check in, communication with the owner, property itself, location …don’t hesitate to book this home.
There’s plenty of space with the layout, and the kitchen was well stocked. We grilled and cooked many meals while there and had everything we needed.
The backyard is fantastic. The views from both the front and backyards are beautiful. We enjoyed the hottub daily after our adventures.
This is a great spot and close to downtown Cottonwood. We did day trips to Sedona and DeadHorse ranch state park.
This home is so comfortable and cozy. I truly hope to return soon! Our family just loved our stay!

We found this property exactly as advertised. The kitchen was very well-equipped, beds were comfy, and there was lots of seating indoors and out for our group of six. Very clean!

The place was very nice and roomy. We were very comfortable and loved the separation. We found everything we needed. Note to the owner-the kitchen faucet needs repaired. 4 stars because the living area furniture was not all that comfortable. Other than that it was excellent.

Was in town for work and this was an excellent space for us all to come back to and relax after a long day. Will definitely try to come back during future visits.

We loved our stay at the Wander Llama!! Everything was clean, organized, and super cute. The beds were really comfy too so that was a huge plus. Great place to stay with a bigger group of people!

8 moms stayed here and spent the day at Alcantara Vineyards. The location was perfect, clean, and wonderfully comfortable. Highly recommend.

This house was a great home base for a 3 night girl's weekend. This was our 4th time to Cottonwood but our first to this area of town. The home is quite large and spacious, and we all had plenty of room. It is adorably decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon wine on the covered patio. The kitchen had everything we needed, and when we noticed that there was no wine opener, we reached out to the owner, and one was delivered in what seemed like minutes! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend, especially for those looking for beauty, space and location.

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, about 30 minutes from Sedona. Had all of the items we needed for cooking for a family of 4. Alisha was very responsive with the minor issues we had during our stay. If you're looking for somewhere to stay outside of Sedona that is more quiet and less touristy, this is a great choice.

This is a great rental in very quiet, residential neighborhood. It was so dark and peaceful at night. A wonderful backyard with lots of space. Firepit and hot tub were so fun on a cool night as well as the living room gas fireplace. That was so nice to have. The master bath and bedroom were spacious. The other 3 bedrooms were very cute and cozy but it would be a tight squeeze for 6 to use that bathroom. The house did however have tons of living space, lovely decor, any extras you might need, a wonderful laundry room, a great neighborhood and a very central location. Have no fear, this is a great rental property.
Approx 20 minutes (and an easy and beautiful ride) to Sedona. Minutes to Cottonwood, Jerome or downtown Clarkdale.
Side note: take the 4 hour tour on the Verde Canyon Railroad. What a beautiful surprise!

The house is now in our top 10 of places we have stayed over the last 20+ years. Location was central to all of our sightseeing spots. There was way more than enough space for the 8 of us.

Husband & I flew into Phoenix from Virginia to visit our grown kids who live there. All traveled together out to Clarkdale for a family get away and we were WOWED by this home!! We were a group of 6 adults and everyone was happily accommodated in the gorgeous home. Sparkling clean, beautiful decor, personal touches all around. Greeted with snacks and water, coffee & Britta pitcher filled in the fridge. It was easy to communicate with Alisha and directions were clear on the site as well as in the instrux manual. We all enjoyed the 6 person hot tub together in the very cold weather!! Would love to return to this property!!

Sedona you owe me nothing! We had a ball our entire trio! Alisha’s property made it easy to relax after our long car rides. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities! The decor of the home is spot on. She did not miss a beat when it came to attention to detail. Just book this home, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing Experience!
Simply Outstanding! Our stay at the Wander Llama was incredible … from reservation booking to check out! Our host was responsive, and attentive to all details to help create a perfect family vacation . The home was dreamy with the best amenities both inside and out including a hot tub, fire pit, peloton and the most comfortable beds and linens. The details were unparalleled: labeled light switches, a binder filled with pertinent information about local restaurants and activities and even special towels for make up! I highly recommend this lovely home!

This property is amazing!! Beautiful new house with plenty of space. Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Great Patio. Owner was very attentive to any questions we had. It is very close to Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome and other areas. You can spend a lot of time exploring and views are breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property and we are already trying to figure out a return trip!

Let me start by saying “I am selective.” I’ll follow that with “the house was perfect” for our Yoo Hoo Sisters’ getaway. After a day of exploring, it was a pleasure to come back and soak in the hot tub, The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated and perfect for our needs. Great job, Alisha! We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and sense of security. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
