It was a great place and worked out great for our family vacation.

Great size rooms and loved having 2 living spaces, one for adults one for kids.
The pool was around the corner and a park was up tje street. Our family loved staying here. And we loved we were able to bring the dogs with us as they are part of our family. Look forward to our next stay.

We loved all the bedrooms and baths. Many televisions but only turned on the one in the living room. Well
Stocked kitchen. Nice backyard with a hot tub and seating for visiting and outdoor dining. Found Kayenta Art Village and spent a great morning and lunch there.

We rented this house for our adult children to have a getaway. They raved about the house, but there was one big problem! In the early morning, the sunlight streams into some of the bedrooms, and there are no blinds to cut out the light. This makes it hard to sleep in after sunrise -- and that's no fun on a vacation.

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated home! The kids loved swimming in the community pool there. The home had a private hot tub, a nice sectional, a fire pit, and a grill on the patio out back. It was fun to sit out there at night under the stars and listen to the night animals. There was also a walking/bike trail there that lead to a park. The host of the property was great to work with as well. Would love to stay there again.

My family (7 total) stayed at this property for a week during spring break and loved the property. The location was perfect for us - close enough to Zion, Bryce, and several other parks. The house was clean, check in and check out were easy, and we loved having a private hot tub.

The house was amazing for our family. The house was clean and comfortable. There was enough room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with!! Thank you for a magical stay. We would 100% recommend and stay again!

The home was a nice size for 9 of us to stay and it was quiet for our sleeping arrangement. We should have been 10 but someone had to cancel so we did not use one room. We enjoyed the back yard and spent evenings out there. The spa was very nice for the one evening we used it. We did not like the couches. They were way too deep to sit comfortably to have conversations. The pillows just didn't work out very well. So we spent our time at the dining table, bar or outside.

Lots of fees, the house was not very clean, stains on furniture, couch, chair in downstairs master and dinning table chairs. The throws on the couches had not been cleaned. Going up the stairs BIG red stain on carpet, lots of clumps of black hair upstairs as well. the kitchen knife set all needed to be washed, gross. The cutting boards were nasty, plastic and all had been used to cut meat. On check out you basically have to clean the house before you leave. Load and start dishwasher, start a load of towels, strip the beds take out all trash. I would not say this house was luxury. That`s one reason I wonder why such a high host fee. After all that being said our family did enjoy each others company, the house was big enough. The pool area was nice.

The property was above expectations. Very clean and well set up. We enjoyed the outside space especially. Being a group of nine the space was great. Definitely recommend this rental.

This was a great home and very clean. The location was out of the busiest part of the area and was very conveniently located to Sand Hollow and Grocery Stores. We enjoyed both the Community Pool along with the trail behind the home. Great experience and would book again!

Everything was so easy and nice. The rooms were great, everyone thought the beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of space for all of us to hang out together or split off as needed. Literally the only thing that would have been nice would have been black out shades in the bedrooms. The closeness to food, shopping, and the reservoir were perfect. We had a great time!

We stayed over Christmas break and had a great time at this location. The appliances and furniture are all high end and made it feel like we were at a nice resort. It is a very comfortable place to relax in when the weather is too hot/cold to be outside.
