We enjoyed the location of this condo. It's a short walk to the community pool, tennis, golf area, and minutes to Dollar Ski resort. It's just a short drive to Bald Mountain. The condo was clean except for the shower curtain liner. The challenge with this unit is based on it being split off from the original unit, which is above. We could literally hear every word of the conversation from the other guests, and their footsteps sounded very heavy. The small couch is very old and uncomfortable. We finally opened the sofa bed to have a place to relax and watch tv in the evening. The tv and wifi worked well. Don't plan on any elaborate meals as the kitchen has a dorm-sized fridge and very tiny coffee maker.

We greatly appreciated the Vacasa services to ensure we were all set for our stay. We booked this condo last minute so the guest services took extra steps to ensure we had everything we needed including amenities cards. The condo is located in a nice, peaceful setting. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the pond. You do hear noise above, but it was infrequent and wasn't a problem for us.

Easy check in, beautiful neighborhood. Cute well stocked apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is a little worn. Bed is too soft. Good for one person. Small for couple.

Nice little 1 bedroom, I was not happy with the way it was cleaned upon my arrival or the condition it was left. No pillow cases on the pillows, unfolded sheet in the closet. A few electrical problems, exposed wires in the ceiling of the bathroom. Outside light up to the door was out. It’s a long walk with your things from the parking area. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Comfortable bed...only good thing. REALLY noisy and inconsiderate adults upstairs with 2 kids who screamed and thumped around until 10 pm. The noise went on until past midnight the last night we were there. There was no amenity card provided and so we could not use the hot tub. There was a laundry key but no directions to the laundry. There were inaccurate and unclear directions re garbage. There were not even the barest of provisions provided..no coffee filters, no salt and pepper. Vacasa did not respond until 2 days into our three day stay ...too little too late and did not offer any solutions when they did respond. We would never stay here again, or recommend it to anyone. We will never use Vacasa again, and will in fact warn people away from using Vacasa. Even though the unit holder is using Vacasa, they should still stay involved to make sure renters who are spending good money to have a pleasant holiday experience, do enjoy themselves. We are just grateful that we were moving on after three nights.

Good location to explore Sun Valley, good size unit for just two, nice porch, bedding very good.
