Great place to stay, and close to everything! We needed an all one level house for one of the guys staying with us due to his handicap, so it worked out. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind when we travel back to Pigeon Forge again!

It was perfect for our needs!! I have an adult disabled son; it met all our needs, even had a ramp to the front door instead of step(s). Plenty of room for each of us to have our own bedroom/bath. Great location, close to everything in Pigeon Forge! We still choose this one again when we're in the area if available!

It fitted our group of 12 women really well. Because of the conference we attended, we did not spend a lot of time in the house we rented. The only problem we had was one of the bedrooms did not have a door. It was very awkward for the two women who shared that room.

Minutes from the Pigeon Forge main drag. My family really enjoyed our stay, the property is spacious with and open floor plan. We came prepared with lots of food and cook daily, so for us some plastic storage containers would be helpful, and more steak knives - not a big deal as we shared. Modern conveniences were nice to have. The Ms Pac Man was a hit as was the hot tub! Bbq is not user friendly. Some additional cleaning would be nice on the inside. We like to open windows and when we did there was lots of dirt and insects on the window ledges, bathtub needs recaulk. And prior to guest arrival sweeping of any cobwebs outside the property would be nice. We own a VRBO in Michigan and we make sure these specific items are done each time. Even with these minor issues we would rent again!

Very nice place stay, very convenient location right off the strip in pigeon forge. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 5 adults. Only complaints if I were to be picky would be the air conditioning in closed in porch wasn’t very effective with the hot temperatures while we stayed and the one bathroom was very small for a large guy to fit but we made it work. Would stay there again for sure and would definitely recommend to others. Carport was a great advantage as we were there for the bronco invasion and took our doors and roof off for the week we were there and didn’t have to worry about getting our car all wet through the night.

We really enjoyed our stay! Other than a few minor maintenance issues that we took care of ourselves, everything was great!! Our family would definitely stay here again.

all one level, nice size rooms, walking distance to attractions. we had several adult grandkids staying and there was enough parking for multiple cars. the deck and yard were fenced for the 3 year old which really helped. a bigger hot tub would have been nice for the number of people we had but we took turns and every one enjoyed the vacation. couldn't get the 3 year old away from ms.pacman arcade game unless we were going to the stream half a block away. This was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 dogs Loved the large open living area and the location was amazing! We all had a nice king size bed to rest and enjoyed our time together. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was nice and clean,I would recommend replacing the king mattresses on each end of house,and the steps going into the dog fence need to have a board put across the front of them as our toy poodle walked under the steps and was headed up the driveway had someone not have been out there she would have been lost,easy fix for future guest to prevent problems overall really nice and conveinent location.highly recommend.

This place has plenty of room and close to everything .. also has fenced in area for animals I have stayed here twice and will be booking again for fall

We all thought this house was a very nice place for a group because it is so open in the living area. We had lots of room and if you have pets, the lot and dog run was excellent. It is so close to everything. The hosts were so easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This property was better than we expected. There was more than enough room for my 2 kids and our 2 dogs. The fenced in side yard was small, but there was a nice dog park right across the street that we actually ended up using. The house was clean and decorated nicely. It was convenient to everything, which was nice. There was an issue with one of the tv's but the owners took care of it right away. They were very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as stated and we all enjoyed our stay.

My family and I visit Pigeon Forge every February and we were so glad to find this roomy and comfortable place that also allowed pets. Great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had whatever we needed, and there was plenty of room with a little dog run for the dogs. There were some issues with one of the showers and also with a chair, but the owner was very responsive as soon as they knew. I also forgot my jacket when we left for home and it was very kindly sent back to me. The floor was a little bit dirty, but wasn't that big of a deal. I mean, we have dogs. Also, those that would stay in the bunk room need to know that its basically a closet and its really suitable just for children. The biggest pros for this home are the comfortable beds, that it's one level with a flat, level drive (no mountain driving!), you can bring your dogs and it's very roomy. I've already mentioned the cons which weren't really that big of a deal. Also, you might want to bring a sleep mask if you're used to sleeping where it's dark. I live out in the country and wasn't ready for all the lights on at night.

We traveled to Pigeon Forge for a long weekend vacation with family. This house and its layout met our family’s needs quite well! There was a sweet welcome gift from the owners upon arrival and everything was nice and neat and ready for us. Our five year old absolutely loved the Pac-Man arcade game. The location was convenient for getting around town. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Well first off thank you to the managers,excellent communication The house was very nice.Very roomy.Love that it has 3 bathrooms.Close to town that was the best part.Fenced yard for the dogs.Beds comfortable.The mountain views from the porch was very nice.Neighbors were very nice also.I have rented many places in the past and I would definitely come back.Its also very close to Gatlinburg. Loved every minute of the house,very nice.Made alot of wonderful memories!!! Thank you John and Lisa.

The home was incredibly spacious... much larger than it looks... and extremely close to EVERYTHING!!!

After a not so nice stay the previous nights before, my entire family was elated about this property! Clean, plenty of space, and thorough communication with the property owner made for an excellent stay. It was the best location we had ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge and my family can’t wait to go back!

Pros- Great house if your bringing the dogs with on your trip. Has a small outside fence that connected to the back porch for them. Location is perfect it’s just off the main drag in Pigeon Forge. Conns- Floors were pretty dirty and there was no remote that we could find to the main TV in the house. Hot tub is small for a house that sleeps so many.

This was a wonderful place to stay with a big family. Plenty of room to spread out and the fenced in yard for the dog was great. Super clean! Loved how close it was to town.

We had a wonderful time! The location is great! We didn't have to get in all the traffic to get places. The kids and adults enjoyed the arcade games! We even had a Christmas tree when we arrived! Would definitely recommend!
