Wonderful Vaca, cozy, on the beach w/ pool had everything you would need for a family stay !

Communication with owner was top notch. Great place and would stay again. I was a little concerned with the deposit vs. the insurance. However, my deposit was refunded in full in a timely manner! I recommend!

My husband, daughters and I wanted some place just steps from the beach, but in a cool part of town. This condo was IT! It's beautifully decorated...overlooks the pool...gorgeous view of the beach. The owners, Doug & Cathy, are wonderful to work with and return messages promptly. It was wonderful for my girls to have their own room, TV and BATHROOM (LOL), while my husband and I enjoyed some quiet right across the hall. Can't recommend this place enough.

After many trips to Cocoa Beach, and several VRBO’s…We feel as if we found the one where we would like to repeatedly stay. The location was accurate and phenomenal, both looking over the pool and the beach. The condo is very well stocked, with unexpected extras. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances are updated and clean. Communication with the host, as needed, was never a problem. We had an amazing, relaxing, and fun time. We are still talking about when we can book it again.

What an awesome location! Perfect for families! We had our 1.5 and 4 yo and it was awesome to walk to beach or pool so easily! Would love to stay again if ever back in Cocoa Beach!

The location of the condo is fantastic. Second floor unit with a great/direct view of the ocean and overlooking the pool. It was very clean and orderly and stocked with all the essentials.Lots of attention to detail from these owners. Everything you need for the beach...towels...high end chairs and umbrella...sand toys if you have kids.Owners respond quickly to all questions. Check in process was easy. Since we flew in and arrived via Uber we were able to get in a little early which was nice. Overall a great unit with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was there. The balcony is very nice with a good view of the beach.

Perfect location, fully equipped, easy access, beach access, gorgeous views right off of balcony. Walking distance to town. Hosts were great! Highly recommend.

This was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. We are already wanting to book another trip at this great place.

This condo was perfect and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!! It was incredibly well-stocked and had the most comfortable living room furniture and master bedroom. You literally need to bring nothing but your clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and groceries as the owners have everything else covered. They supplied everything else you could possibly need, including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and a small cooler to take with you on the short walk to the beach. The condo also has smart tv’s and plenty to entertain you inside- board games, books, DVD’s, CD’s, I mean they’ve really thought of everything!! There’s also a sparkling 8.5 foot deep pool and you’re just a short stroll away from the beautiful ocean. We were able to watch the sun rise from the comfortable balcony and we also saw a rocket launch. We’ve never been so comfortable in a rental before and would absolutely stay here again!!

Three friends for over 40 years stayed for a few days of rest and relaxation. We enjoyed catching up on our busy lives and families. The weather was perfect, the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Hope to be back again yearly!

Everything about this trip was easy - check in, access to amenities, communication with hosts. The property was very well kept, clean, and stocked with everything indicated. I would highly recommend staying here.

Property was very nice..clean..had all the amenities needed. Location to the beach and pool were great. Lovation and walkability to lots of adventures. We did the fin kayak adventure able to sse manatees ,dolphins. Went golfing .walked to restaurants and the pier. We enjoyed our stay

The property was spotless and the hosts thought of everything! The view of the beach is closer than what the picture conveys, so easy to get down to the beach and enjoy the spacious beach. We went during Spring Break, but the complex and beach were very family friendly! Would definitely look to book again with Doug and Cathy!

This place was awesome. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with a nice set of beach toys, towels, and chairs. Great location for getting to the beach with a pretty good view also.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo! It truly was the cleanest and most well-stocked condo we have stayed in over the years of using VRBO. It sounds silly, but from the roll of paper towels to the Reynolds and saran wrap...things you really need if you are eating meals at the condo, which we do, but don't want to buy an entire package for just a few days! Thank you very much for your attentiveness to details...it was a lovely vacation!

Great location and outfitted condo on the beach. Clean and comfortable! About 20 minutes to cocoa village with great shopping too. Hosts could not have been nicer or done more. Highly recommend it!

This unit is right on the beach, great views and a well kept unit. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, etc. to make our stay seamless.

This condo is perfect and the beach access is amazing!

We spent four nights here and it was perfect from start to finish. Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, and close enough to spend a day at Disney. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Teenagers loved the boogie boards and adults loved the balcony. Beach access was fantastic. We were lucky to watch a rocket launch our last night. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!

We stayed twice; before our cruise and after. I would highly recommend this rental. Everything about the property was great. The location was perfect, with great beach access. The pool was nice when it was windy and too cold to swim in the ocean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The owner was east to get ahold of and responded quickly. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this condo! When we arrived it was bigger than expected so it was a perfect space for us. Before we got there Doug sent me a message to let me know the curtains on the bedroom window were torn off by the last person that stayed. They put some new curtains up to make it look nice while we stayed. This place is right on the beach and has a beautiful view. We went to the beach everyday. There is a cute little breakfast/brunch place right next door that has outdoor seating. It’s called whisk and grind. This condo is close to all of the major places you would want to go. We went to Disney since it is only a hour away from the condo. Doug and Cathy were so kind and easy to talk to. The condo was also very clean and had basic things for our stay. We will definitely come back if we stay at coco beach again!
