Place was very nice and clean. We had an issue wirh the lock but host was helpful in resolving the issue. Would stay here again.

While we had to gather for a funeral, it allowed us a time to share stories and memories. We highly recommend this lovely home. It was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communications from the Host-very clear and easy check in and out information. We would rent it again!! Location was perfect for crossroads district. The accommodations were very complete as the owner provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Linens were new & fresh, kitchen supplies were thorough, and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend this 5 star property for your next visit to Kansas City.

We were in for a wedding and mini vacation. The house was centrally located, so we were always only 5-10 minutes away from everything. House was well equipped with everything even though we ate out alot. Very close to street and highway, yet the house was quite soundproof, didn't hear alit of outside noise.

Great place to stay for Chiefs games. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Short ride to Arrowhead.

The rental was perfect for our company to stay and attend a tradeshow. It was comfortable and spacious. The owner was quick to communicate and provided a great dinner recommendation.

We are from a small town and we thought the neighborhood was questionable. But the location of driving around town was very easy.

Good location in KC. Close to Crossroads and short uber to downtown, Westport and Plaza. Easy on and off I35 as well. House was stocked with everything we needed. Owner was easy to reach. Enjoyed our stay.

Four of us stayed on site. We had plenty of private space and lots of area for togetherness.

Our family spent the 4th of July weekend ar this property and had a great time! The location was so convenient for visiting sites in downtown KC as well as just a short distance to the adorable Westport area. The house was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and the hosts were easy to work with. And bonus, the neighborhood was full of friendly neighbors who were kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Upon arrive the exterior of the home was ok. We were about a block away from several homeless people. As a group of 40 somethings it was a concern when arriving home in the dark. This property is located across the street from the fire department so fire and police sirens are pretty constant. The inside is super cute and we wanted so badly to love it. However the coffee cups on the shelves were not clean, there was a stain on the couch that made you feel like you may not want to sit down. There were a lot of bugs some dead and others alive. In one of the bathrooms there was a pair of someone else’s earrings left on the shelf, we found garbage under the king size bed some of it not appropriate for a child to find. It was definitely a place you needed keep your doors locked and be aware of your surroundings. The overall cleanliness of the place was disappointing for the price.

We checked in late on a Thursday evening. Spent a rainy Friday playing cards then hitting the town to see Thomas Rhett. Very easy Uber ride down to power and light district. Also ubered to the Azura amphitheater with ease. Felt safe across the street from a fire station, parking on street was easy amidst construction updates on neighboring houses. Clean house. Towels provided, coffee and coffee maker, pots, pans, salt and pepper. We stayed with 6 adults. Would stay again 🤓

Great location, wonderful and unique house! We brought the kids and grandparents for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect for exploring, especially on bikes! House was unique and the spiral staircase was a big hit with the kids! We will be back!

Stayed in this adorable house for three nights with some friends. I don’t have a single complaint! The first night we were there we accidentally locked ourselves out. Mike was amazing and responsive and helped us get back in right away! Felt safe the entire time and never had any issues. Would absolutely book this again!

The property is all redone and very nice inside. Can sleep 6 comfortably. All very clean and Mike was very easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean & well equipped. The stairs are a little tricky with a toddler but once up there, it was nice. Only recommendation would be a kitchen towel. It was well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee pods, etc. the location was great for the Convention Center. Close to a fire station & interstate so fairly noisy but to be expected. Parking was great! I would recommend staying here!

It is a cute little place. Each bedroom has a toilet and bath or shower. Convenient location for easy access to major highway.

Such an adorable property! Very clean, with some thoughtful touches; you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the place. Absurdly close to everything; we were within a few minutes of everything we wanted to do and see. Mike the property manager was very responsive and helpful. He had some excellent recommendations of places to go and they did not disappoint! Will definitely book again.

The property is walking distance to Power & Light district. (Streets are well lit so walking in the evening wasn't a problem.) Owner was very attentive to our requests and very accommodating. I would certainly consider renting again.

Fly up for the AFC championship game and had a great stay at this home. Very comfy beds and loved the huge tv in living room. Will def stay here again!!

This was the perfect house for our stay. The three bedrooms with their own bathrooms were great! It is newly updated and nice. There is an off-street parking spot in the back that works great for small cars. (Also parking on the street was easy to find).We were going to the American Royal Center that has no hotels nearby and this was very close and convenient. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. and bar soap if you don't like liquid.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend with some out-of-town friends. This house is optimized for travelers: good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms (loft bathroom features a deep soaking tub): impeccably clean all renovated in classic furnishings. The kitchen is well-stocked with coffee and a Keurig maker, and the long-neck, restaurant-quality sprayer and deep sink simplifies snack clean-up. Close to great restaurants - we walked to Fox & Pearl for dinner - and to the highways. Crossroads and first Friday activities are within walking distance; Crown Center/Union Station are 5-7 min by car, incl. parking time. Check-in and check-out couldn't be easier. Mike is a responsive and friendly host, and we'd definitely stay again!

Great little house just off the highway downtown (so there is some road noise, but typical of city life). Clearly renovated recently, the interior all feels very new and clean. The upstairs loft is a little warmer than the rest of the house, but it wasn’t a huge difference and the gorgeous bathtub more than makes up for it. Had a couple of questions for Mike but he was super responsive and any issues were resolved quickly. With a bathroom in each bedroom, we all had our own spaces and that was awesome. Just a really great stay. Thanks!

We had an amazing weekend getaway to KC beginning with this VRBO. The owner’s were so pleasant and helpful throughout weekend. Two of my husband’s Navy buddies and their wives met us in KC for the weekend and this house was PERFECT to accommodate us with each of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The decor was an updated urban farmhouse feel. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The property location was great being 10-15 minutes away from Arrowhead Stadium (we came to KC to attend a concert there) as well as Country Club Plaza for great shopping and dining and the Power Light District for fun adult evening entertainment. Lastly it is near fire station which also made us feel very safe. If we ever come back to KC we’ll definitely book this VRBO again. I highly recommend making reservations to eat at Jack Stacks Barbecue while visiting too. It was a great weekend trip!

We came for a long weekend to attend our daughters white coat ceremony…the house was perfect! Location was very close to my daughters apt and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. We took several long walks around the neighborhood and downtown area. The home was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The AC was awesome…we were there during a record heat wave and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary coffee too! We hope to return again and would highly recommend this amazing house.
