We have stayed at this unit multiple times. It has its own beach, the pool is the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, and there are amazing restaurants and a mini-mart just steps away.

Wonderful condo very comfortable sitting on it. Beautiful beach with very few people. Nice to get out of the dizziness of downtown Tamarindo and relax.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this property from start to finish. Amazing location to both downtown and beach (literally 50 feet!). Our host, Pablo was AMAZING and so accommodating. From check in, stocking the fridge, providing SO many recommendations. I was so impressed. We can’t wait to come back!

We arrived and Pablo was there to meet us and get us acquainted with the property. He also booked our adventures (zip line & ATV) and gave us great recommendations for places to eat shop and surf. He was excellent. The property was perfect for us. The beds were good and everything we needed was provided. Thanks for everything.

We did not want to leave. The entire family loved this property. First, the manager, Pablo, was a great source of information for the activities we wanted to do. He also arranged for a local cook to come in and cook us a traditional Costa Rican family style dinner, it was amazing and less than the cost of going out to a restaurant for dinner. The home itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. The back porch was an ideal place for most of our meals, overlooking the ocean. The staff was very polite and courteous and made us feel welcome at all times. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk into Tamarindo. If you're surfing you have a great break right out your back door (its a high tide break over lava rock, at low tide it's a 100-yard walk to a nice sandy beach break). The whole family highly recommends this location.

We loved the condo. It was located in a quiet area outside of Tamarindo. Beautiful and comfortable. Our concierge, Andrea was very helpful in organizing and reserving our excursions. We hope to return.

Location of this property is perfect. Furniture was comfortable however outside table and chairs were not. The biggest problem was the lack of sufficient kitchen items. With 4 people staying we had to hand wash flatware at least once a day and run the dishwasher at night. Additional kitchen items would be great. Also the beach chairs were old and really unusable. Not what I would expect from a high end property. The concierge was disappointing. We asked for just a couple of things - a reservation for dinner our first night at Fish and Cheeses which was never made so we had to scramble for dinner and that we wanted a cooler to be able to take drinks/food to various beaches which was not provided and the lack of one was not communicated to us. Listing details all good except the "gourmet" kitchen was definitely not stocked at all let alone well stocked. Overall a great place to stay as long as you don't expect to do much cooking.
